第1図は本考案の適用例としての直交流型の熱
交換器を示す斜視図、第2図は、その単位部材を
単独に示す斜視図、第3図はそれぞれ本考案の間
隔部材の他の形態を示す端面図、第4図は従来例
と実施例との送風試験を示す説明図、第5図は従
来例としての熱交換器を示す斜視図である。図に
おいて、1は熱交換器、2は仕切板、3,3Aは
間隔部材、4は単位部材、5,5Aは流体流路で
ある。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を
示す。

Claims (1)
状の間隔部材を列状に複数設けてなる単位部材を
複数枚積層して各仕切板同志の隙間に前記間隔部
材による複利の流体流路を多段に構成した熱交換
器であつて、前記単位部材の両側の二本の間隔部
材については四角柱状の充実体で構成され、他の
中間に配列する間隔部材については薄肉の中空構
造で、それらの間隔部材の中空部分も流体流路を
構成していることを特徴とする熱交換器。 (2) 中間に配列する間隔部材が塩化ビニルや発
泡樹脂の丸パイプ又は角パイプとして形成されて
いることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載
