本考案は例えばワイン及び醤油等の瓶類の栓の

上昇させ、小さな力で容易に行え、一方栓を引抜
いた状態から他の栓を引抜く状態に芯体を戻すと
きや、引抜いた栓を瓶に嵌込むときなど、環体を
芯体に或いは芯体を環体に押込む一動作で迅速に
行わしめ、従来に比べて至便に取扱えるようにし

ねじ部16,16を夫々嵌込むことにより、芯体
3或いは環体4を回転操作することなくこれらを
分離或いは嵌合でき、栓2を引抜くときには、環
体4の回転操作により芯体3を上昇させ、小さな
力で容易に行うことができ、一方栓2を引抜いた
状態から他の栓を引抜く状態に芯体3を戻すとき
や、引抜いた栓2を瓶1に嵌込むときなど、環体
4を芯体3に或いは芯体3を環体4に押込む一動
作で迅速に行うことができ、従来に比べて至便に
取扱うこどできる等の実用的な効果を奏するもの
