Abstract

材の接合面を形成する際に曲げ加工半径を大きくしてコ
ーナー突出部の表面の陽極酸化皮膜を破壊させ難くする
という優れた効果を奏するものであり、形材端部を単純
に角度切断する方法に比べて、角度切断の誤差によるコ
ーナー突出部のずれが生じがたく、鋭利部分がないため
人体に危害を及ぼすことがなく、しかも組立後の意匠的
バランスを良好なものとすることができるという優れた
効果を奏するものである。
