れば、把手のわずかな熱収縮が生じた場合、ガタ
付きを生じ運搬時不安定になると共に、ねじ部に
あらゆる方向からのモーメントが加わり、ガタ付
を促進し、ひいては把手が器具より離脱する場合
さえもあつた。

支柱7の高さは支え用支柱9に比べ低くしてあ
り、ねじ10により側板1と把手2を締付た際側
板1の凹面3はδだけ変形する。この変形δは器
具運搬時に器具重量が加わつた後も、また、ねじ
10を戻した際塑性変形を生ずる事なく締付前の
状態に復帰する事が望ましが、把手の熱による各
部寸法(例えば支え用支柱9の高さの収縮)が経
年変化した後もなお、ねじを戻すと、締付用支柱
7の先端と、側板1の面に空間を生ずる程度であ
れば良い。塑性変形を出来るだけ生じせしめない
ために、側板1の板厚と、把手2の熱による経年
変化量が与えられると、変形量δに応じた位置決
用支柱9の間隔aと凹面3の図4に示すb寸法を
決めれば良い。
