第1の回動軸では回動支点軸4と第2取付ブロツ
ク7の穴8aを嵌合させ、穴8bを介してネジ
(図示せず)で第1の取付ブロツク2のネジ穴5
にセツテイング時は第1の固定手段で固定させ
る。
