形成されたチヤンバ23に供給される。第2段ピ
ストン10の降下により該シリンダ3内に入つた
圧縮空気は、該ピストン10の上昇により更に圧
縮されて、第2段シリンダカバ7の周辺に形成さ
れたドーナツ状チヤンバ24に吐出される。該チ
ヤンバ24からの圧縮空気は通路cを通り、冷却
器25にて冷却されて、第2段シリンダ3の側方
に設けたパイプ26より第3段供給リング弁15
を介して第3段圧縮室14に供給される。第2段
