【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は所定厚さに積み重ねた布地を裁断する
場合に使用するバンドナイフ裁断機のテーブルに
関するもので、テーブル上における布地の移動を
円滑化すると共に、布地を浮かすための加圧空気
の無駄をはぶくことを目的としている。

バンドナイフ裁断機においては第1図の如く水
平なテーブル1に対しエンドレスのバンドナイフ
2が垂直な姿勢で、しかも高速で矢印方向に循環
駆動されるようになつており、作業者はテーブル
1上に置いた積層布地3を手で移動させ乍ら、布
地3上のパターン(図示せず)に沿い布地3を裁
断する。ところが、布地3の厚さdが増し、布地
3が重くなると、布地3をテーブル1上で軽快に
動かすことが困難になり、裁断精度も低下しやす
い。従つて厚さdを充分大きく取れないため、作
業能率が低下する。この対策として布地3の載る
テーブル1の部分に多数の空気吹出孔4を明け、
テーブル1の下側にブロアー5の吐出口6に接続
した主配管7を配置し、主配管7に設けた多数の
口金8をそれぞれビニールホース9を介して空気
吹出口4に接続し、空気吹出口4の上端に布地3
に押されて開くエヤーバルブ10を取り付けるこ
とが考えられる。しかしその場合は主配管7の構
造、取付及びビニールパイプ9の配管が複雑にな
り、製造コストが大幅に増加するばかりでなく、
外観も低下する。

しており、本考案においては、テーブル20を中
空構造としたので、例えば1箇所の口金27とブ
ロアーの吐出口を1本のホース28で接続するこ
とができ、配管構造が極めて簡単になると共に、
外観も大幅に向上する。各空気吐出孔31の上端
部にはチーブル20上の被裁断物(布地3)に押
されて開くエヤーバルブ32を取り付けたので布
地3により押されている部分の空気吐出口31の
みが布地3に向い開口し、その部分から加圧空気
が上方に流出する形になり、空気を無駄に使用す
ることなく布地3に確実に上向きの力を加えるこ
とができ、布地3の移動が軽快になる。本考案に
おけるエヤーバルブ32は、被裁断物に押された
時に軽いボール32′が空気圧に抗し下降して開
く形式であるため、例えばエヤーバルブ32の開
く時の荷重を空気圧を変えることにより自由に変
更することもでき、従つて積層布地3が軽い時に
は空気吐出孔31内の空気圧を下げてテーブル1
上における布地が裁断作業に最適な状態に移動の
円滑化を図ることができ、逆に、布地3が重い場
合は吐出空気圧を高めることにより同様に布地3
の移動の円滑化を図ることができる。即ち取扱う
布地3の重さの如何にかかわらず、テーブル1上
における布地3の移動の円滑性を揃えることがで
き、熟練を要することなく裁断作業の作業性を高
めることが可能となる。
