The present invention relates to the structure of a core breaking device provided.

The sheet is vertically cut to the desired width and re-rolled, but this method requires two steps to obtain the final narrow-width roll product and is inefficient. A so-called in-line slitter winder is used, which winds the material into rolls.

If automation is attempted, the problem is inevitable that a core magazine, a core supply device, and a core take-out device are required, and that there are many mechanisms related to the winder, each of which has a complicated structure.

の目的を達成し得るに至つたのである。 Therefore, in the present invention, the winding core is made into an integral structure that can be easily broken in advance, and after each sheet-like material after in-line slitting is simultaneously wound around the winding core, the winding core is broken off. The method is characterized in that it attempts to obtain a plurality of product rolls, and for this purpose, each product roll of the vertical rolls, in which the product rolls are integrally formed in vertical rows on the breakable core, is divided into parts. a plurality of roll receivers arranged in a horizontal line in a horizontal coaxial manner corresponding to each winding portion of the core, and above a first roll receiver at one end of the roll receivers; and a roll holding mechanism disposed at an adjacent second roll receiver and movable up and down to bring a presser member at the working end into contact with and away from the first roll receiver; They are placed on the roll receiving side and on the opposite side, respectively.
A first push-up mechanism and a second push-up mechanism in which each push-up member at the operating end can be moved up and down across the second roll receiver, a product roll holding operation by lowering the presser member, and a second push-up mechanism. Column roll bending operation by vertical movement of the push-up member of the push-up mechanism, first
and a control means for sequentially performing the vertical roll bending operation in the opposite direction by the lifting and lowering movement of the pushing-up member of the pushing-up mechanism,
By bending the winding core of the vertical rolls in two symmetrical directions at the creases, it becomes possible to separate the product rolls, and in combination with the simultaneous winding means, the slitter post-processing process can be simplified. The goal was now achieved.

Following the return of the second push-up mechanism 7-2 to its original position, the first push-up mechanism 7-2
1 is activated to move the push-up member 9-1 up and down (see Figure 4), a bending moment that is completely opposite to that in the previous case acts on the winding core 2, and as a result, the winding core 2 remains unseparated. The portion of the upper fold line 4 that was being held is cut off, and the product rolls 3-1 and 3-2 are completely separated from the fold line 4.

ある。 The apparatus described above based on the drawings is adapted to the tandem roll 1 having two product rolls 3-1 , 3-2 , but it can also be used with three or more product rolls 3-1 , 3-2 , 3. - Column roll 1 with 3 ...
To accommodate this, the same number of roll receivers 5-1 , 5-2 , 5-3 , etc. as the product rolls are arranged in a row on a horizontal coaxial line, for example, the first roll receiver 5-1 at the right end.
and the second roll receiver 5-2 next to it, the roll holding mechanism 6 and the first and second push-up mechanisms 7-1 , 7-2.
Continuous core breaking is possible by providing a roll conveying device that moves the vertical rolls 1 from left to right on the roll receiver each time the vertical rolls 1 are separated. The structure is the same as the illustrated example.
