Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 安定化出力電圧と基準電圧との誤差出力を与え
る誤差増幅器と、前記誤差増幅器の出力を一方入
力に、比較基準波を他方入力に与えられる比較器
とをスイツチング素子の制御系として含み、前記
比較器の出力に基づいて前記スイツチング素子を
開閉制御する昇圧チヨツパ回路において、 前記誤差増幅器に専用電源を設けるとともに、
この専用電源の電圧値を、前記誤差増幅器の飽和
出力電圧に基づく前記比較器への入力電圧が、前
記比較基準波のピーク電圧よりも低くなるように
設定したことを特徴とする昇圧チヨツパ回路。
