端の中心部で互に回転自在に軸着して一体とする
と共に両円錐形板体1,2の各斜壁面に夫々等間
隔に軸線方向に沿つた複数個の通風孔3,4を設
け、両円錐形板体1,2をダクトaに連通する空
気の吸込口又は吹出口b内に軸線方向を風流方向
に沿わせ且つ板体1,2の一方を不動に取付けて
成る。
