(Conventional technology) When making eel flakes or canned fish, etc., if the fish is processed without removing its internal organs, the fish will not only rot easily, but the meat will smell and taste bad, reducing the value of the product. . Therefore, in order to make high-quality bonito flakes and canned fish, it is necessary to remove the internal organs before processing the fish.

However, in the past, there was no suitable machine for removing the head and internal organs of the fish, so workers inserted a ring with a cutting edge and removed the fish.
After holding the fish by its tail and cutting the abdomen with the cutting blade, the head is picked up from the ventral side and removed from the body, the internal organs are pulled out from the abdominal cavity with the head still attached, and the head and internal organs of the fish are removed by hand. ing.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides body supports (3) that are arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals on the endless conveyor belt (IO2) to be driven. Place the headrest on the stand (4) and place the fish (a).
At the same time, place the head of the fish (A) on the fish size scale board (5

), (8) and upper and lower cutting blades (
9) Pass the fish (A) between 00 and cut the meat on both sides of the fish (A), leaving the center part where the spine (B) and esophagus e→ are located.
Next, the upper head-pressing piece αυ is injured left and right and slightly overlaps.
Break off the spine (b) of the fish (a) by passing it through the bent passage <121 between the upper and lower base plates (8), and then pass through the passage aj between the upper and lower base plates (7) and (8). Separate the body of the fish (A) from the head with internal organs.

Therefore, as shown in Figure 2, on the other front side of the machine, place the fish (A) on the fish size regulating plate (5) in order toward the ventral rear of the fish (A). The stand (3) and the head support stand (3)
4), the fish (A) is tilted at an appropriate angle with the head Igq retreating from the direction of movement of the fish (A), as shown in Figure 2, and the fish (A) is tilted at an appropriate angle as shown in Figure 8 ( As shown in a), the body support is supported on the stand (3) and the head support is supported on the stand (4), and the body support and the head support are moved rearward as the stand (3) and the head support move forward. However, the larger the fish (A) becomes, the more the guiding blade (6)
Since the guide blade (6) is guided to make a deep cut into the fish (A), the fish (A) is guided into the fish (A) within the guidance range W. As shown in Figure 8 (bl), when the fish (A) enters and passes between the upper and lower cutting blades (9) and ClO, the boundary between the body and the head of the fish (A) is the cutting edge (9), C1
The cut is made as shown in Fig. 9 in the cutting direction (to) shown by the solid line in Fig. 11, and the spine (as shown in Fig. 8 (C1)
The middle part where the fish (b) and esophagus (c) are located is left intact, and the meat on both sides of the fish (a) is cut to approximately the same depth.

At the rear end of passage 0, the body and head of the fish (a) are placed on the stand (3) and the head, respectively, with the esophagus (c) of the fish (a) caught on the upper edge of the lower table plate (8). Since the receiver is pushed downward by the stand (4) K, the viscera is pulled out from the abdominal cavity with the viscera still attached to the head, and the body of the fish (A) and the head with the viscera are separated as shown in Figure 12. The body is an endless conveyor (37+

At that time, depending on the type and size of the fish (A), the guide blade (6) can be moved into the fish (A) by operating the bolt device and adjusting the shaft control vertically or rotationally. Fish by notch (a)
The length of guidance in the forward direction changes to determine the type of fish (a),
Regardless of the size, etc., the boundary between the body and the head of the fish (A) is always in a fixed position facing the cutting blade (9) and α.

Also, depending on the type of fish (A), if the bolt e11 is operated to rotate the drive chain wheel to one side or the other as appropriate, the endless conveyor band (2) with the stand (4) will rotate accordingly. As the body moves, the correspondence relationship between the body part (3) and the head holder (4) changes, so as shown in Fig.
) and the head rest are placed side by side on the stand (4), the angle of inclination of the fish (A) with respect to the direction of movement of the fish (A) changes. Therefore, the cutting direction of the fish (a) is adjusted in accordance with the type of fish (a) in such a way that it is easy to pull out the internal organs and the yield is good.

(1) A fish is placed across a body holder and a head holder that are arranged side by side at an appropriate interval on a driving endless conveyance belt, and the fish is transferred by placing the tip of the fish's head against a fish size regulating plate; During the transfer, depending on the direction of movement of the fish and the depth of the cut into the fish by the slanted upper guide blade, the larger the fish, the more the fish is guided toward the tip of the fish to maintain a constant boundary between the body and the head. After cutting the meat on both sides with the upper and lower cutting blades, leaving the middle part where the spine and esophagus are located at the boundary between the body and the head of the fish, the upper and lower heads are slightly overlapped and are misaligned from side to side. An automatic method for removing the head and internal organs of a fish, characterized in that the spine is broken off by passing the part into the bending passage between the push-down piece and the lower base plate, and then the body and the head with internal organs are separated.

(2) A large number of body holders and head holders are arranged parallel to each other at appropriate intervals on the circumference of the endless conveyance belt, and a fish size regulating plate is arranged on one side of the front part of the endless conveyance belt. A guide blade is provided above the intermediate portion, facing the gap between the body holder and the head holder, and is inclined toward the rear on one side, and a space is formed on one side of the guide blade. A narrow passage is provided at the rear, and upper and lower baseplates are arranged opposite each other in the front-rear direction, and upper and lower cutting blades are fixed to the front portions of the upper and lower baseplates in a V-shape that expands at the front, respectively. Immediately after the upper cutting edge, a head-pushing piece is provided on the side surface of the upper bedplate, the lower edge of which slopes backward and downward, and the rear part of which protrudes below the upper edge of the lower bedplate. 1. An automatic fish head and viscera removal device, characterized in that a bent passage is formed between the lower bed plates, and the endless conveyance belt is driven so that the upper part thereof faces rearward.
