端に高周波加熱装置、他方の終端に無反射終端を
備えた矩形導波管内を光フアイバ心線を通過させ
て光フアイバ被覆を乾燥するようにした矩形導波
型光フアイバ被覆乾燥装置において、前記光フア
イバ心線の出入り孔を導波管壁面電流がほぼ最小
になる短辺壁面に形成し、前記導波管内部には複
数の光フアイバ心線を平行に配列せしめるととも
に、前記導波管内位置せしめるようにガイドプー
リを設置していることを特徴とする矩形導波管型
