However, the article storage shelf 1 in this storage device
As shown in Figure 1 of the drawing, shelves 1 of the same size are stacked one above the other with as narrow an interval as possible.
As shown in the figure, there was no problem when receiving article 2 from the open receiving side in a horizontal state.
As shown in Figure 2 of the drawing, each shelf 1 is tilted and edge material 3 is attached.
When taking out articles 2 from the take-out side equipped with If you pull it up and pull it out,
Although it was a hassle, I was able to take out the items, but since items that are taller than the shelf spacing l cannot be taken out, the shelf spacing must be set to be greater than the height of this item, so the number of shelves within a given volume is reduced. In addition to reducing the amount of stored items, the shelf 1 equipped with the edge material 3 on the take-out side does not allow the items 2 on the shelf 1 to be naturally discharged by sliding down to the receiver placed below the shelf 1. Therefore, there was a problem in that each piece had to be taken out manually.

3 to 5 of the drawings, reference numeral 4 denotes a frame erected on a base 6 equipped with wheels 5. One end of the multi-tiered shelves 7, that is, the receiving side of articles, is attached to the frame 4 with a shaft 8, and the middle part is attached to the frame 4. When the shaft 10 is attached to the lifting rod 9 and the lifting rod 9 is raised and lowered by a lifting means 11 such as a chain, each shelf 7 is held horizontally as shown by the solid line in FIG. Each shelf 7 is provided with several partition plates 12 extending from the receiving side to the taking out side of the articles a, thereby providing several rows of article storage sections. Reference numeral 13 denotes a guide vertically disposed on the article receiving side of the frame 4, which is engaged with an elevating body 15 that is moved up and down this guide 13 by a lifting means 14 such as a chain, and is engaged with the elevating body 15 in the width direction of the shelf 7. In the article storage device constructed as described above, each shelf is held horizontally, and for example, the carriage 17 is positioned at one end of the top shelf 7. Each time an article a is fed onto a receiving plate 19 provided above the carriage 17 by a feeding means such as a conveyor, an inserting member 21 is moved onto the shelf 7 by a cylinder or the like 20, and the article a on the receiving plate 19 is fed into the carriage 17.
When the article storage section at one end is filled with article a, this is detected by a known detection means, the carriage 17 is moved to the next article storage section, and the above-mentioned article insertion is performed. When this storage section is also full of articles, it is moved to the next storage section, and articles are inserted into this storage section. When each storage section of the top shelf 7 is full, this is detected by the detection means, and the carriage 17 is raised and lowered by the lifting means 14.
The shuttle 17 is aligned with the next shelf 7, and the above-mentioned article insertion is performed successively from the article storage section at one end to the storage section at the other end. When this shelf 7 also becomes full, the shuttle 17 is aligned with the next shelf 7 and the article insertion operation is performed up to the lowest shelf 7, so that a large amount of articles that are continuously manufactured can be automatically stored on the shelf 7 and temporarily stored there.

When the articles a stored on the shelves 7 are to be taken out for the next processing or treatment, the lifting rods 9 are lowered by the lifting means 11, and each shelf 7 is tilted so that the side from which the articles are taken out is lowered. When it is desired to take out the articles a stored on the shelf 7 one by one from the ones on the take-out side, the first take-out plate that stands upright on the take-out side of the lowest shelf 7 and blocks the articles a is normally used. 22, remove the latch 28 from the receiver 26 and turn it over horizontally as shown in FIG.
The second extraction plate 23 connects to the first extraction plate 2.
It stands upright in front of item 2 and blocks article a.
Therefore, the item a on the shelf 7 is the one at the front, and the one at the second
The article a is moved until it hits the take-out plate 23, and the article a at the forefront is positioned in front of the second shelf 7, as shown in FIG. 9 of the drawing.
By taking out the items upward, it is possible to easily take out the items one by one without being obstructed by the upper shelf 7.

Further, when it is desired to take out the articles a stored on the shelf 7 to the receiver 32 at once, the second take-out plate 23 that stands upright in front of the first take-out plate 22 is used as shown in FIG. 9 of the drawing. When the latch 29 is removed from the receiver 27 and the holder is turned over, the second take-out plate 23 is connected to the first take-out plate 22 as shown in FIG. If the receivers 32 for the articles a are installed in advance, the articles a on the shelf 7 will slide into the receivers 32 one after another, starting from the one in the front, and all the articles a will be placed in the receivers 3.
It is automatically taken out to 2.

As mentioned above, the storage shelf of the article storage device according to this proposal has a first take-out plate at the end of the article take-out side.
A second take-out plate is connected and placed in front of it, and when the shelf is held horizontally and items are stored, these take-out plates are placed upright to support the items, and the shelves are tilted to store the items. When taking out an item, it is folded down so that it connects flatly with the shelf and guides the removal of the item. When only the first take-out plate is to be folded down, the item at the front advances onto this and is connected to the second take-out plate. This allows items to be taken out upward without being obstructed by the upper shelf, which not only makes it easy and quick to take out items one by one from the front.
Since shelf spacing has no relation to article removal, it is possible to minimize it to increase the number of shelves for a given volume as much as possible, thereby making it possible to greatly increase the amount of articles stored. If both the first and second take-out plates are folded down to connect flatly with the shelf and open at the front, they will act as a chute, allowing the items on the shelf to slide onto the receivers. It has the unique effect of being able to be taken out into a receiver at once.
