Ｏクラツチ装置を接続方向に付勢し、ＰＴＯスラ
イダー４４とクラツチ従動軸１４の外周の間にＰ
ＴＯ制動板４６を介装して、ＰＴＯスライダー４
４をバネ４１に抗して、ＰＴＯクラツチ断方向へ
摺動した場合には、該ＰＴＯ制動板４６にＰＴＯ
スライダー４４が圧接されてクラツチ従動軸に連
れ回り制動が掛かるべく構成したことを特徴とす
