【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は平版印刷機において水舟内の湿し水を
版胴上の版面に供給する給水装置に関するもので
ある。

する水元ローラ6とならしローラ2との間には、
移しローラ7が、圧縮コイルばね8で図の時計方
向への回動力を付勢されたローラアーム9で両端
部を支持されて設けられている。またローラアー
ム9と同軸上には、圧縮コイルばね10で図の時
計方向への回動力を付勢されたカムレバー11が
軸着されており、その遊端部に装着されたカムフ
オロア12は、版胴1と同期回転するカム13の
カム面に対接されている。そして、印刷作業が開
始されると、水元ローラ6の回転により持ち回り
されてその周面に付着した湿し水5は、カム13
の回転でローラアーム9の揺動とともに両ローラ
2,6間を往復動する移しローラによつてならし
ローラ2へ転移され、水着ローラ3を経て版面へ
供給される。

つことにより、水元ローラ6への水の付着力が不
均一になり印刷物の品質を著しく低下させてい

大きな差ができ、これがそのまゝ版面に供給され
ることにより印刷物に濃淡が発生し品質の向上を
期待することができなかつた。

で、水舟内で回転する水元ローラの回転立上り側
に、コ字状に形成されて下端縁を水舟底面に対接
させた仕切板を設け、給水口からその囲りに設け
た小室内に供給される水を、2方へ開口する通水
口から水舟内へ排出して各方向へ拡散させ、水元
ローラの回転立上り側へ導くとともに、水舟他端
の排水口から排出させるように構成することによ
り、水元ローラの掻き上げ部における水面を安定
させて版面への水の供給量を均一にし、水舟内の
ごみ等の排出を促進して印刷物の品質向上を計つ
た印刷機の給水装置を提供するものである。

Cで示す方向に回転する水元ローラ32が下部を
水舟31内の湿し水33に浸漬させて軸架されて
いる。そして、この水元ローラ32の回転立上り
側には、水元ローラ32の周面との間に充分な間
隙を有して平行する面34aと、水元ローラ32
の両端面にほゞ添接する面34b,34cとで平
面視をコ字状に形成された仕切板34が下端縁を
水舟31の底面にほゞ対接させて配設されてい
る。そして、この仕切板34は、面34aに一体
形成された複数個の支持具35のコ字状部を水舟
31にまたがせてボルト36を螺入することによ
つて支持されており、水舟31に対して着脱自在
に設けられている。また、この仕切板34の下部
には、複数個の通水孔37が仕切板34の内外を
連通して設けられている。すなわち、水元ローラ
32と仕切板34との間には、水元ローラ32の
下方と通水孔37において外部と連通する閉鎖水
路38が形成されている。そして、仕切板34に
対して水元ローラ32の反対側に位置する水舟3
1の両側端部の片方には、水舟31にブラケツト
39で支持された給水管40から、給水口41が
垂下されて下方へ向つて開口されている。また、
他方の側端部には、L字状に形成された排水口4
2が、鍔部を水舟31の底板に固定されて配設さ
れており底板よりも高位において上方へ向つて開
口されている。そして、給水管40と排水口42
とは、それぞれ図示しない循環ポンプとの間をホ
ースで接続されている。さらに、給水口41が位
置する水舟31の一隅には、L字状の仕切板43
によつて給水口41を囲む小室が隔成されてお
り、仕切板43の下端部には通水口44が2方へ
開口されている。

ら排出されて循環ポンプへ還元され、このあと前
記径路で循環する。そして、閉鎖水路38内の湿
し水33は、矢印C方向へ回転する水元ローラ3
2で掻き上げられてその周面に付着し、往復動す
る移しローラ7によつて間欠的にならしローラ2
へ転移されたのち、水着ローラ3を介して版胴1
上の版面へ供給される。

き上げ部に及ぶことがなく、きわめて安定した水
面と水位を確保することができるので、版面への
湿し水の付着量が各部に平均化され、水舟内のご
み等の排出が促進されて印刷物の品質を著しく向
上させることができる。
