ホルダに着脱自在に取り付けることができるカツ
タを備え、このカツタは、そのケース内にベアリ
ングホルダを上下摺動自在に嵌装するとともに、
このベアリングホルダを下方へ付勢するバネを設
け、このベアリングホルダに、上端にピボツトを
有する刃体ホルダをベアリングを介して回転自在
に軸受けするとともに、そのピボツトをピボツト
軸受によつて軸受けし、該刃体ホルダに、下端の
刃尖端より刃先線が上向きに傾斜した刃体を、そ
の刃尖端が上記ピボツトの軸受中心より偏心する
