機能が公知である。 In recent years, one of the features of automatic private branch exchanges is that when a call is received from another extension subscriber who is capable of interrupting, the extension subscriber who is talking can hear an instantaneous interrupt tone. There is a known call-in-waiting notification function that notifies the arrival of an incoming call in progress, temporarily puts the extension subscriber on the other end of the call on hold by hooking the incoming extension subscriber in the call, and responds to the incoming call in progress. .

In the figure, it is assumed that extension subscribers A and B are connected by a communication path 1-1 within a network 1 and are talking. In such a state, when extension subscriber C, who is an interrupting subscriber and has the qualification to interrupt, makes a call to extension subscriber A, who is currently on a call and is an interrupted subscriber, the central controller 2 By referring to the status monitoring memory of extension subscriber A in the main storage device 3, it is learned that the subscriber is busy, and furthermore, by referring to the data memory of extension subscriber C, it is learned that the subscriber has an interrupt qualification. Using the interrupt call control method, the extension subscriber A is switched from route 1-1 to route 1-2 in network 1 for a short time, hears the interrupt tone sent from interrupt tone trunk 6, and then resumes the call. Switch the connection to route 1-1 and return to a busy state. On the other hand, extension subscriber C is connected to interrupt notification sound trunk 7 through communication path 1-3 in network 1, and waits for extension subscriber A's response while listening to the interruption notification sound. Extension subscriber A, who heard the interrupt tone during the call, learns that a new call has arrived and performs hooking. The central controller 2 detects the hooking and uses a known interrupt call control method to control the network. 1, extension subscriber A makes extension subscriber C respond, and extension subscriber B listens to the hold tone sent from hold tone trunk 8. Only after answering, extension subscriber A learns that the incoming call was placed by extension subscriber C, and if the call with extension subscriber B on hold is more important, he can pick up the call again. This causes the central controller 2 to reset the call path 1-1 within the network 1 and return to the call with the extension subscriber B, and causes the extension subscriber C to set a route (not shown) to the hold music trunk 8. Take measures such as having the user wait while listening to the hold tone sent from the server.

It is not notified that the calling party of the incoming call is extension subscriber C as an interrupting subscriber. Therefore, after once answering the incoming call and confirming the calling party, it is necessary to determine which notification of extension subscriber B or C should be given priority.

式の実現にある。 An object of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional interrupt call control method as described above, and to enable an extension subscriber who has received notification of an incoming call to call the caller of the incoming call in advance without answering. The objective is to realize an interrupt call notification control system that allows identification.

Automatic private branch exchanges, which have an interrupt notification tone trunk, a music-on-hold trunk, a scanning driver, and a main memory, and whose interrupt connections are controlled by a central controller, are equipped with a display driver to indicate when a call is being connected. When an interrupting subscriber makes an interrupt connection to an interrupted subscriber, an interrupting tone is emitted from the interrupting trunk to the interrupted subscriber, and an interrupt notification tone is emitted to the interrupting subscriber. At the same time as the interrupt notification tone is transmitted from the trunk, the central controller extracts identification information about the interrupting subscriber from the main memory, and the information is provided to the interrupted subscriber via the display driver. This is achieved by an interrupt call identification control system that is characterized in that it is displayed on a display device.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an interrupt call identification control system in an embodiment of the present invention. Note that the same reference numerals indicate the same objects throughout the figures. Similarly to FIG. 1, in FIG. 2, extension subscriber A, who is on a call with extension subscriber B via call path 1-1 in network 1, is able to be interrupted. When a call arrives from extension subscriber C as a qualified interrupt subscriber, central controller 2 stores the status monitoring memory of extension subscriber A and the data memory of extension subscriber C in main storage 3 as described above. By referring to this, the extension subscriber A is reconnected from the call path 1-1 to 1-2 in the network 1 for a short time, and after listening to the interrupt sound sent from the interrupt sound trunk 6, the extension is switched again. The call with the subscriber B is continued, while the extension subscriber C is made to listen to the interrupt notification sound sent from the interrupt notification sound trunk 7 by setting the communication path 1-3 within the network 1. At the same time, the central control device 2 extracts identification information regarding the extension subscriber C, for example, the extension number, from the data memory of the extension C in the main storage device 3, and transmits it to the display drive device 9. Display drive device 9
drives the display device 10 installed at a location where extension subscriber A can sense it, and displays the extension number of extension subscriber C. Extension subscriber A learns from the interruption tone he heard and the extension number displayed on the display device 10 that an incoming call has arrived from extension subscriber C, and connects extension subscriber B who is currently talking to the newly arrived extension. It is determined which call with subscriber C should be prioritized, and if the call with extension subscriber B is given priority, the call is continued while extension subscriber C hears the interruption notification sound. Make it standby. Note that as long as extension subscriber C is on standby, the display device 10 displays extension subscriber C.
continues to display the extension number. If priority is given to a call with extension subscriber C, hooking is performed in the same manner as in FIG. C, while extension subscriber B
The user is allowed to listen to the hold tone transmitted from the hold tone trunk 8 via the communication path 1-5. The central control device 2 erases the message on the display drive device 9 when the extension subscriber A answers the call to the extension subscriber C, or when the extension subscriber C abandons the call without waiting for the response from the extension subscriber A. An instruction is sent to erase the extension number of extension subscriber C being displayed on the display device 10.

う迄もない。 It should be noted that FIG. 2 is only one embodiment of the present invention, and for example, the display device 10 may be used for an extension subscriber (telephone).
The present invention is not limited to being provided separately from A, and displaying using a telephone with a display function is also considered, but the effects of the present invention will not change in such a case. Further, the display driving device 9 is not limited to driving one display device 10, and it is also possible to commonly drive a plurality of display devices 10, but the effects of the present invention can also be achieved in such a case. remains unchanged. Furthermore, extension subscriber A is not limited to receiving a notification of an incoming call while talking with extension subscriber B; for example, a number of variations can be considered, such as receiving a notification of an incoming call while talking with a trunk line. In this case, the effects of the present invention remain the same. Further, the identification information of the calling extension subscriber C displayed on the display device 10 is not limited to the extension number, and the effects of the present invention remain the same even in the case of other identification information. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the configuration of the automatic private branch exchange to which the present invention is directed is not limited to that shown in the drawings.

る。 As described above, according to the present invention, in an automatic private branch exchange equipped with a notification function of a pending call, an extension subscriber who receives a notification of a pending call does not have to respond to the caller of the pending call. The calling extension subscriber can be identified in advance, and it can be immediately determined whether to give priority to a call in progress or an incoming call in progress, and both calls can be processed smoothly.
