In general, it is known that scars, keloids, and contractures occur if left untreated after severe burns (mainly burns), trauma, or surgical operations. For this reason, it is widely practiced to prevent these occurrences by continuously applying pressure to the affected area from an appropriate time. Among the instruments that perform this compression (hereinafter referred to as compression therapy instruments), a glove-like instrument as shown in FIG. 1 has conventionally been used to press the area between the fingers. In FIG. 1, a conventional inter-finger compression device 1 has a shape similar to that of a cloth glove with the fingertips cut off. This conventional inter-finger compression treatment device 1 is worn on the fingertips in the same manner as gloves are worn, and covers the area from the vicinity of the wrist 2 to the middle part of the fingers. Since this device is made of cloth or other elastically stretchable material, it does not impede the movement of the hands, and although an appropriate compression force can be obtained on the back of the hand 3 and the body 4 of the fingers, the area between the fingers In this case, since no elastic contraction force was applied, the compressive force was insufficient, and the desired preventive effect could not be obtained. Furthermore, the size of the hands varies depending on individual differences such as age and gender, and the area between the fingers to which pressure should be applied also differs depending on the situation, so it has been necessary to prepare an instrument for each patient.

This invention was made to eliminate these drawbacks, and it combines a fixed band attached to the wrist and a compression member that presses between the fingers to be compressed in a removable manner, and applies the desired pressure between any fingers. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an inter-finger compression therapy device that applies just the right amount of force to obtain a high preventive effect, is highly versatile, and can maintain high mobility.

The present invention will be explained based on examples. 2nd a
FIG. 2b is a diagram showing a fixing band and a compression member constituting an embodiment of the present invention, respectively. Second
The fixing band shown in Fig. a is made of cloth and has the shape of a rectangle with one vertex cut out by a smaller rectangle. A removable connecting member, such as a removable tape 7, is provided on the fixing band adjacent to the remaining portion of the short side of the fixing band cut out by the notch. Further, a similar type of tape is attached to the surface of the fixing band opposite to the surface to which the removable tape 7 is attached, in contact with both ends of the remaining part of the long side cut out by the notch among the long sides of the fixing band. Removable tapes 8, 8' are attached. The remaining portion 6 of the fixing band is covered with removable tapes 7, 8, 8' and removable cloth. The compression member shown in FIG. 2b includes a compression member main body 9 made of an elastic material such as polyurethane foam;
Elastically extensible suspension strings, such as rubber strings 10 and 10', are attached to both ends thereof, and removable tapes 11 and 11' are attached to the other ends of the elastic strings 10 and 10', respectively. These removable tapes 11, 11' are rubber strings 10,
Although it may be attached to only one side of each end of the elastic string 10', it is preferable to attach it to both sides of the rubber strings 10, 10' in order to further increase the attachment strength with the fixing band. Furthermore, the strength and usability can be improved by using a single rubber cord that penetrates the inside of the compression member body 9 instead of using separate rubber cords 10 and 10' attached to both ends of the compression member body 9. Becomes good. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a mode of combination of the fixing band and the compression member. The fixed band has a removable tape 7 attached adjacent to its short side.
The fixed band is rolled up in the length direction on the wrist so that it faces inward to form a ring shape. At this time, round the fixing band so that the long side that does not have a notch is close to the fingertip. The removable tape 7 is placed over the remaining portion 6 of the removable fixation band with suitable wrist tightness. Next, insert the compression member main body 9 between the fingers to be compressed,
Detachable tapes 11 and 11' attached via rubber strings 10 and 10' are guided toward the wrist along the back of the hand and the palm of the hand, respectively, and detachably attached to the surface of the fixing band. Then, fold the notched part of the ring-shaped fixing band toward the fingertips (arrows A, A') and double-layer the fixing band with removable tapes 8 and 8'. Removably fixed in an annular shape. Figure 4a
4b are views showing the back of the hand and the back of the hand, respectively, when the interfinger compression treatment device according to this embodiment is attached. The force that presses the area between the fingers is exerted by the rubber strings 10 and 1 that connect the compression member body 9 and the fixing band.
This is obtained by an elastic force of 0'. In this example, 3
A pressure member is applied to the area between the two fingers to apply pressure.
If there is only one area between the fingers that requires compression, it is possible to attach the compression member to only that area and remove the other compression members. Further, it is also possible to use it in combination with a compression member that compresses not only the area between the fingers but also other areas.

As described above, according to the present invention, an independent fixation band and a compression member are removably combined in an interfinger compression device that continuously compresses an interfinger area that has suffered burns, trauma, surgery, etc. As a result, it is possible to obtain an inter-finger area compression treatment instrument that not only applies the necessary compression force only to the inter-finger areas that require compression, but also has versatility. Furthermore, since no hard material is used, the movement is high, and since the compression member main body is an elastic body, there is little discomfort in the area between the fingers. Furthermore, the fixing band can be worn according to the thickness of the wrist, and by changing the position at which the removable tape of the compression member is attached to the fixing band, it can be used regardless of individual differences in hand size. Providing the folded portion on the fixing band not only increases the bonding force with the compression member, but also provides an excellent appearance by covering the bonding portion with the compression member.
