【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は非円形形状の時計に供される非円形形
状の裏蓋と、その製造方法に関するものである。

るダボ喰付きとするため非円形形状の裏蓋に喰付
きダボを有する中子を一体的に固着したもの等が
あげられよう。

ならず、加工性・コスト等においても非常に不具
合いであつた。更に裏蓋と胴との結合力を増すた
めピンと胴との係合を一ケ所ではなく二ケ所以上
設けることがあり、機械体修理や電池交換時には
これら複数の係合を各々解除してやらなければな
らず非常に面倒であつた。又、裏蓋と胴とのすき
間が大きいため、汗などの水分はこのすき間に入
り込んで常に留つており、防水性・耐腐食性など
の機能上の点からも問題があつたのみならず、外
観的にもこのすき間が目立ち美粧感に欠けてい
た。

13との間に設けられ、裏蓋の喰付部15bを胴
の係合溝部16に喰付かせることにより垂直方向
に押圧され防水機能を果すものである。18は胴
10に設けられ、胴より裏蓋を分離する場合に利
用されるコジ開け用の溝である。

よる裏蓋構造であれば、0.3mm程度の厚さの板材
の使用が可能で、より薄型化、小型化が計れ、而
も喰付性もより向上させることができよう。

を除くため、輝発油、トリクレンの如き洗浄液に
て若干の後処理に付したのち、立上り部15のコ
ーナー部15aを除いた部分をほぼ3度から7度
位の傾斜角度αをもつて内側に傾斜した喰付部1
5bを形成させるプレス成形工程を行ない第5図
の如き本発明の非円形形状(長方形形状)の裏蓋
を得る。このようにして得たものを、さらに若干
の後処理、たとえば脱脂、乾そう処理に付して、
本発明工程の全体を終了することができる。
