材同志の摩擦が発生してこの摩擦によつて板材表
面に傷をつけることがある。そのため従来ではサ
ンドイツチ式に紙を挿入して紙を一緒に巻き込む
ことが行われている。しかしながら紙の繰出し部
と板材が巻取られる前記支持ローラとは空間的に
幾分隔だてられており、板材の巻きあげ初期にお
いて紙を板材と支持ローラとの間に噛み込ませる
作業は人手によつて行われているため、手間どる
と共にベンデイングローラから板材が給送されて
くるため危険をともなつているのが現状である。
そこで本考案は上記問題点を回避すべく成された
ものであつて、構成簡単にして安全に紙を噛み込
ませることができるペーパー繰出し装置を提供す
るものである。

導する。7,8はベンデイングローラ4,5,6
の上方に位置する一対の支持ローラで、円弧を描
いて運動する板材Wによつて形成されたコイルC
を支持する。なお板材Wの下面に接当する上ピン
チローラ2aは機枠1に回動自在に支持された前
記下ピンチローラ2bに対して位置変更可能に構
成されている。下側のベンデイングローラ4,5
は一端を揺動自在に軸9によつて機枠1に枢支さ
れた回動支持体10に配設され、上側のベンデイ
ングローラ6に対して上下方向の位置変更可能に
構成されている。11,12はストツパで、前記
回動支持体10の下方への揺動位置を規制する。
13は前記支持ローラ7,8によつて支持される
コイルCの上方に接当する押付けローラで、中間
部が軸14を介して前記機枠1に枢支されたレバ
ー15の一端に配設されており、押付ローラ13
の位置はコイルCの巻きあげの進行に応じてステ
ム16を後退させるシリンダ装置17によつて決
定され、巻かれつつあるコイルCの安定性を常時
