り込むようにしたものにおいて、ホツパー３１内
の下限水位を検知する第１水位検知手段５と上限
水位を検知する第２水位検知手段６とを設けると
ともに、湯張り回路３０のホツパー３１の上流側
に制御弁４を設け、前記第１水位検知手段はホツ
パー内水位が下限水位以下になつたとき所定の出
力状態となり、第２水位検知手段６は、上限水位
以上となつたとき所定の出力状態となるように構
成し、第１水位検知手段５の出力をポンプに入力
させるとともに第２水位検知手段６の出力を制御
弁に入力させ、第１水位検知手段５の上記出力状
態ではポンプ１１が停止し、第２水位検知手段６
の上記出力状態では制御弁４が流量制限状態とな
