入して固着することのできるワツシヤーBを挿設
した構造である。

含挿設したゴムパツキンAからなるカウンターフ
エースを回転軸1に圧入嵌合し、互いの摺動面を
圧接触させると回転軸1とハウジング4間または
ベアリング間は密封される。このとき該ゴムパツ
キンAに挿設したワツシヤーBの内径は回転軸1
に圧入嵌合されるべき径をもつて設けられている
ため挿着後はスプリング6荷重あるいは液体の流
体荷重に左右されて移動することなく強固にゴム
パツキンAを保持しコンタクトリング3をもしつ
かり固定する。従つて、他部材の助けなしで独立
した密封体を形成可能とし高い汎用性を発揮する
ことが出来るものとなつた。なお、該ワツシヤー
Bの嵌着される方法は、ワツシヤーBの内径を回
転軸1直径より僅かに小径に形成して圧入嵌合す
るか、あるいはカウンターフエースを挿着後ワツ
シヤーBまたは回転軸1をカシメて固定するなど
多くの固定方法が有り、また、第3図に示すごと
く回転軸1に圧入できゴムパツキンAとコンタク
トリング3を抱束する形状の筒状部9をワツシヤ
ーBと連続させて設け、該筒状部9を設けたワツ
シヤーB付カウンターフエースを回転軸1に嵌着
すれば、該筒状部9を備えるワツシヤーBはゴム
パツキンA及びコンタクトリング3を高精度に保
持しより安定した摺動を得られると共にさらに確
実な固着が図れる。
