As a prior art related to the present invention, there is the one shown in FIG. 1 (Utility Model Publication No. 53-5975). In the diaphragm shown in FIG. 1, a mounting portion 1 is held between peripheral edges 5 and 6 of cases 3 and 4 on both sides.
Although this diaphragm has an excellent structure as an attachment part, there is a problem in that the flexible part 7 of the diaphragm is worn and damaged from the vicinity of the attachment part 1. That is, since the boundary between the attachment part 1 and the flexible part 7 of the diaphragm is constantly bent whenever the diaphragm is operated, the cases 3 and 4 corresponding to this bending are required to prevent stress concentration.
It is formed on the separation surface 8 of the mounting end portion which has a curved side. As a result, a wedge-shaped space is formed between the side surface of the diaphragm and the separation surface 8 of the mounting end. Each time the diaphragm moves up and down in the illustrated state, the diaphragm alternately presses against the separating surfaces 8 of the upper and lower mounting ends so as to collapse the space. If dust or the like is mixed in the working fluid in this manner, when the diaphragm presses against the separation surface 8 of the mounting end so as to collapse the wedge-shaped space, the side surface of the diaphragm and the separation surface 8 of the installation end may Dust etc. will be allowed to enter the mounting portion 1 side from between the two. If the diaphragm is repeatedly pressed against the separation surface 8 of the mounting portion, the diaphragm will be abraded by dust and the like and will be worn out and damaged. In particular, the flexible part 7 of the diaphragm
Since the diaphragm is formed in the form of a membrane, it tends to be damaged quickly and has a drawback in its durability as a diaphragm.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to effectively prevent the diaphragm from being damaged in the vicinity of the attachment portion of the flexible portion. Therefore, the present invention is constructed as follows. That is, in the vicinity of the mounting part held between the case or the mounting plate, protrusions are provided on both sides of the flexible part that come into close contact with the separation surfaces formed at the end of the mounting surface of the mating member that holds the mounting part. The configuration is as follows.

Since the tips of the protrusions attached to both sides of the flexible part of the diaphragm near the mounting part are always in close contact with each of the separating surfaces formed at the end of the mounting surface of the mating member, the working fluid Dust and the like contained therein are prevented from entering the mounting portion side from between the side surface of the diaphragm and the side surface of the mating member. Therefore,
Even if the diaphragm moves and curves into contact with the surface of the mating member, dust, etc. will not accumulate in the gap between the diaphragm and the mating member, so the flexible portion of the diaphragm will be worn out and damaged by the dust, etc. This is effectively prevented. Furthermore, even if the diaphragm is deformed, the convex part provided on the diaphragm tries to maintain its flexibility in a form that does not contact the mating member, so the flexible part contacts the mating member and wears out. effectively prevent it from happening.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view showing the mounting portion side of the outer periphery of the diaphragm. Reference numeral 10 denotes a diaphragm made of a rubber-like elastic material. The diaphragm 10 has a mounting portion 12 on its outer circumferential side and a membrane-like flexible portion 11 on its inner circumferential side. Furthermore, annular protrusions 16 and 16' are formed on both surfaces of the flexible portion 11 near the mounting portion 12 side. Furthermore, small annular protrusions 18, 18' are provided on both surfaces of the inner peripheral side. Further, each case 13, 13' has mounting surfaces 15, 15' on the outer periphery, and these mounting surfaces face each other to form a cavity 20 on the inner surface side.

Mounting surface 15 on the outer periphery of the cases 13, 13',
The ends of the diaphragm 15' form curved separation surfaces 14, 14' so as to be separated from the diaphragm 10. The mounting portion 12 of the diaphragm 10 is held between the mounting surfaces 15 and 15' of the cases 13 and 13', dividing the chamber 20 into two. Furthermore, the protrusions 16, 16' provided on the diaphragm 10
The distal end side is in sealing contact with the separating surfaces 14, 14'.

The diaphragm 10 configured in this manner deforms in the pressure receiving direction when receiving operating pressure from one side. However, the mounting portion 1 of the flexible portion 11 of the diaphragm 10
2, protrusions 16, 16' are provided near the protrusions 16, 16', and the tips of the protrusions 16, 16' are in sealing contact with the separation surfaces 14, 14'. A wedge-shaped space is not formed between the portion 11 and the side surface.

Therefore, even if the diaphragm 10 alternately moves toward the inner surfaces of the cases 13 and 13' in response to the operating pressure, dust and the like contained in the operating pressure fluid will be removed from the separation surfaces 14 and 13'.
14' and the side surface of the flexible portion 11 and will not be attached thereto. Furthermore, in the embodiment in which the small convex portions 18, 18' are provided, the flexible portion 11 is attached to the cases 13, 13'.
This can prevent wear when coming into contact with the inner surface.

Next, FIG. 3 is almost the same in structure as FIG. 2. The difference is that the angle of bending from the mounting surfaces 15, 15' of the cases 13, 13' to the inner circumferential surface is approximately a right angle, and this corner is formed into a curved separation surface 14, 14'. It is something. In this case, the diaphragm 10 has no small protrusions, only protrusions, and the tips of the protrusions 16, 16' are in sealing contact with the separation surfaces 14, 14' of the cases 13, 13'. . As a result, a wedge-shaped space is not formed between the separation surfaces 14, 14' and the side surface of the flexible portion 11. Therefore, even if the diaphragm 10 operates, dust and the like will not be absorbed by the side surface of the flexible portion 11 and the separation surface 14.
Since it is possible to prevent dust from entering the gap between the diaphragm 14' and the diaphragm 14', the effect of preventing dust and the like from adhering to the diaphragm and causing wear and tear on the diaphragm can be expected.

FIG. 4 shows the central mounting portion 31 of the diaphragm 10.
In this embodiment, output shaft mounting plates 30, 30' are provided on both sides of the output shaft. The outer peripheral edge 32 of the mounting plate 30, 30',
32' forms curved separating surfaces 33, 33' so as not to damage the flexible portion 11 of the diaphragm 10. Also in this case, annular protrusions 34 and 3 are formed on both sides of the flexible portion 11 corresponding to the separation surfaces 33 and 33'.
4' and by bringing the tip sides of the convex parts 34, 34' into sealing contact with the separating surfaces 33, 33', there is a gap between the separating surfaces 33, 33' and the side surface of the flexible part 11. This can prevent the formation of wedge-shaped spaces.
Therefore, dust etc. do not enter between the separation surfaces 33, 33' and the side surfaces of the flexible portion 11, and even if the diaphragm operates and comes into contact with the separation surfaces 33, 33', the dust etc. The effect that the diaphragm 10 is not damaged by wear can be expected.
