It is made of resin. However, there is a problem with the mechanical strength of the synthetic resin material, which is relatively strong against compressive loads but generally weak against tensile loads. For this reason, when constructing a two-layer insulated roof, unless the upper (second layer) roof plate can withstand tensile loads (loads such as wind pressure), a large number of insulating supports are required. However, it has the disadvantage of not only being troublesome to construct, but also making the construction price relatively high. In addition, for folded roofs in which the ribs protrude from the upper part of the folded building boards, such insulation plugs,
In general, heat insulating bolts and the like cannot be used, and conventionally used metal fittings that support the lower (first layer) roof have been modified as appropriate. This has many problems in terms of strength, and there are disadvantages such as not being able to obtain a good heat insulation effect. For this reason, in the metal roof and wall industry,
There is a need for the development of a heat insulating support that can extremely improve the heat insulating effect of heat insulating roofs and walls by using construction boards for fastening with a hinge part, and has excellent tensile strength.

記の不都合等を解消したものである。 Therefore, in the present invention, mounting parts are formed outwardly from both lower ends of the portal part to form a lower metal fitting, and a metal threaded part is erected on the upper side of the portal part to form a substantially U-shaped upper metal fitting. A metal tube with an internal thread screwed onto the lower end surface is fixed so that the internal thread can be screwed into the threaded part, and the lower piece of the metal hanger is placed inside the synthetic resin insulation body. The insulator is formed by inserting it in a spaced apart manner from the through-hole of the insulator, and the insulator is fixed in the upper metal fitting with bolts, so that the upper part of the insulator is located above the upper end of the upper metal fitting. This provides an extremely good heat insulating effect and superior strength, eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages.

するのと同様な作用効果を発揮し得る。 To explain the effect in detail, the lower piece 11a of the metal hanger 11 is inserted into the heat insulator 10 made of synthetic resin so as to be spaced apart from the through hole 10a of the heat insulator 10, and the heat insulation is By making the upper part of the body 10 exist above the upper end of the upper metal fitting B, the upper (second layer) and lower (first layer) metal roofs can be connected to the metal lower metal fitting A. Even if the upper metal fittings B are screwed together to form a joint roof, the upper metal fastening building board 16 and the lower metal fastening building board 16 are made of synthetic resin. Insulator 1
0 can be insulation-blocked, preventing the cold bridging effect at that point, making it possible to construct a double-insulated roof with excellent insulation effects, and preventing condensation on the underside of the lower construction board 16. Can be done. In addition, the present invention can of course be used for double-insulated walls, and can provide the same effects as when used for double-insulated roofs.

That is, even if the external tensile force acts on the heat insulating support, it will be converted into compressive force and act on the heat insulating body 10 made of synthetic resin. 10 can be made sufficiently durable in terms of strength, and in the present invention, the structure is such that external force acts only in the vertical direction, no bending moment is generated, and the structure can be made extremely strong against tensile loads. Further, in the present invention, the lower metal fitting A and the upper fitting B are firmly screwed to the metal threaded portion 7 and the tube body 8, so that the lower metal fitting A and the upper metal fitting B can be made strong against compressive loads such as snow accumulation.

率を著しく向上させることができる。 In addition, when the lower metal fitting A and the upper metal fitting B with the hanger 11 and the heat insulator 10 are integrated, the construction board for fastening 1
6, the mounting part 2 must be attached to the lower roof, and it is extremely difficult to attach it after the insulation material 19 is installed. However, in the present invention, the lower part A and hanger 11 insulation body 1
Since the upper bracket B with 0 and the upper bracket B can be screwed together, it is separated, so as shown on the right side of FIG. Lock the hanger 11 of B to the clamping edge of the construction board 16 for clamping and rotate it appropriately clockwise, and then connect the internal threaded part 7 of the tube body 6 on the lower surface of the upper bracket B to the lower bracket. It can be easily screwed into the threaded part 3 at the top of A, and although the number of parts of the present invention increases, construction efficiency can be significantly improved.
