プレストレスコンクリートくいの中埋コンクリ

くい頭部をふさぐ場合と、くい頭処理(殆んどの

深さだけ打設する中埋コンクリートが、落下しな
いように受皿の役目をなすものとがある。在来品

のものであり、くいの頭部から吊下げて、基礎コ
ンクリートの損失防止用として使用されるもので
ある。本考案は、後者に属するものである。くい
頭処理されたPCくいは、頭部の切断面から350mm
程度は、くいのプレストレスが解放されることに
なるので、くいの中腔部内に、くい径の1.5倍の
深さまで、基礎コンクリートと同じ強度の鉄筋コ
ンクリートで補強しなければならないことになつ
ている。(建設省共通仕様書指針)この場合くい
中腔部の補強鉄筋コンクリートは基礎コンクリー
トの延長となり、鉄筋コンクリート構造体の一部
として、重要なものである。即ち、PCくいの外
径が350mmの時の中腔部は径220mmであるが、この
220mmの中腔部に13mmの棒鋼6本を主筋として、
又9mm丸鋼を100mm毎に帯筋として配筋され、く
い頭部より深さ約520mmまで中埋コンクリートが
打設されることになる。従つて中腔内に設置され
る受皿は、単にコンクリートの損失防止のためで
なく、セメントミルクの漏流防止や鉄筋のカブリ
等、鉄筋コンクリート施工基準に対して、充分配
慮されたものでなければならない。在来品の如
く、くい頭部より吊下げる単なるコンクリートの
損失防止の受皿では、セメントミルクの漏流防止
策や鉄筋のカブリに対する配慮はなされていない
から、到底このような重要なる基礎部の施工基準

漏流防止は期待できない。又中埋コンクリートの
打設の際、使用する主筋のカブリはその保持が不

り、はみ出した防水性シート2の外周部分3には
多数の斜角切り線4を入れてあるので、くいの中
腔部5にモルタル製平板1が挿入されたとき、防
水性シート2は、その柔軟性により、くい内壁6
に対して、斜め上方に曲接されて密着するから、
中埋コンクリート7のセメントミルクの漏流は完
全に阻止できる。又防水性シート2のモルタルに
挾設された部分8は数個の9が穿設されているの
で、モルタル製平板1と防水性シート2は完全に
接合される。尚モルタル製平板1内には、クラツ
ク防止のため番線10が配筋されるが、この番線
は、端末をモルタル製平板上部16に突出させ
る、第6図の本考案の施工断図に示す如く、この
突出筋11は、中埋コンクリート7内に配筋され
る主筋12の下端13において、所定の鉄筋カブ
リ14を保持した位置に、固定緊結されるから、
補強鉄筋コンクリートの鉄筋カブリは安定させる
ことができる。本考案品においては施工手順とし
て、在来品の如く、当初からくい頭部に吊下げる
ものでなく、まず主筋の下端13に鉄筋カブリ1
4を保持して、緊結されたモルタル製平板1をく
い中腔部5に挿入し、主筋の上部15を基礎コン
クリートの鉄筋に緊結して、固定したる後、中埋
コンクリート7を打設するものであるから、手抜
き工事や施工ミスが排除され、施工管理が合理化
されて、鉄筋コンクリート施工基準を満足させる
