[Detailed explanation of the invention] Net tube packaging bags made of foamed plastic string are often used as bags for packaging fruits, etc., but when storing round items such as fruits and stacking them, the bottom should be shaped like a bowl. Because of the need to
It is important to constrict one end of the cylinder, and the means and form of this constriction involve major problems.

Currently seen in the market are net tubes that are folded in half and a rubber ring is placed inside the fold (Fig. 1 A), and net tubes whose lower part is heat-shrinked (Fig. 1 B). However, since the former requires a lot of materials, improvements are desired from the viewpoints of resource saving and high cost.On the other hand, the latter is a net even though it has a contracting part, so when you put something in it, it expands and the contents fall out. Due to its shortcomings and limited shrinkage, the bottom of the net tube is always open, leaving the bottom of the contents vulnerable to external shocks and causing the contents to become clogged. In various operations such as work and subsequent transportation work,
It is unavoidable that the contents may be damaged, or when stacked, the bottom of the contents may damage the top of the contents underneath. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it was necessary to prepare a separate floor plate, which resulted in the drawback that the packing and stuffing work required a lot of effort.

This invention is an epoch-making product that eliminates all of these drawbacks, and has great economical effects in today's world where resource conservation is essential. It also improves workability as a packaging bag, the strength of the bottom, and the ability to withstand external shocks. It is far superior to conventional products in all respects, including its ability to protect the contents against.

An example of implementing the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
Figure 2 A shows an example of a net tube.
1 is a network tube body made of a foamed plastic linear body 2, 3 is a film formed on the top of one end, and 4 is a linear body 2 formed at the center inside the film 3.
With a group of small protrusions, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the converging part 5, which converges the terminal part of the net tube from the periphery to the center part in a conical shape, is scraped into the conical space and made a U-turn by the disk 14. The container is formed into a truncated conical shape, and in this state, it is heated by a heater device 6 as needed.
By melting the convergent portion 5, that is, the top of the truncated cone, a linear body 2 is formed at the top of the truncated cone.
A film 3 in the form of a circular sheet is formed which is integrally fixed to all of..., and a group of small protrusions 4 of the linear bodies 2... are integrally fixed to the inner central part of the film 3. (Figure 2 A, 3)
figure). Figure 2B shows the bag in Figure 2A turned inside out.

Since the tube-shaped packaging bag of the present invention has the above-mentioned film 3 formed on one end, the bottom will come out even if you put quite heavy fruits in the packaging bag, or even if you put them in the bag in an awkward manner. There is no such thing, and there is no case where the bottom of the contents is completely covered and exposed to external shocks. This is because the convergence part 5 of the linear body 2...
This is because, since they are all integrally combined with the film 3, even if a stretching force is applied to all of these linear bodies, the film can withstand a large force without tearing or breaking. Moreover, since the small protrusion group 4 of the linear bodies 2 is formed at the center of the inner side of the film 3, that is, at the center of the inner bottom of the packaging bag,
This small protrusion group 4 is located at the bottom of the contents and acts extremely effectively as a cushioning material against external impact forces, so the contents will not be damaged even if handled somewhat roughly during various handling operations. .

Therefore, glass vessels are heavier than fruits, etc.
In addition to ceramics, it is extremely convenient and inexpensive for packaging bags for lacquered utensils and large luxury fruits such as melons and watermelons. Needless to say, it is also used as a packaging material for other precision instruments, medical instruments, etc.

Next, an example of forming the small protrusion groups 4 of the film 3 and the linear bodies 2 will be described. In FIG. 4, 6 is a circular heater, 7 is a spring, and 8 is a heater support cylinder. On the other hand, numeral 9 is a net receiving type with a truncated conical tip, slightly longer than the length of the net, and a hollow 10 in the center. Reference numerals 11 and 11' denote a pair of drawing tools, 12 a scraping device provided in the hollow part 10 of the receiving mold 9, and 13 a piston with a scraping disk 14 attached to the top. It is linked to a drive device (not shown) to move up and down to the position shown in Figure 6.

In order to form the coating 3 as well as the groups of small protrusions 4, a plastic cylinder, for example a net tube 1, is formed into a receiving mold 9.
In this case, the regulating plate 15 is adjusted so that the upper end of the net protrudes above the receiving mold by an appropriate length. Next, with the drawing tools 11 and 11',
When the net tube is squeezed from the left and right sides, the upper end of the net tube converges around the upper part of the piston 13 to form a converging portion 5 as shown in FIG. 4. When the piston 13 is then lowered,
As shown in FIG. 6, the converging portion 5 of the net tube is scraped into the hollow portion of the receiving mold 9 by the scraping disk 14. In this state, when the heater device 6 is lowered and the converging portion is pressed against the upper end surface of the receiving mold 9, the portion melts into a slimy state, cools down, and becomes integrated with the entire linear body 2. A single circular sheet-like film 3 is formed which is fixed to the surface of the film, and a group of small protrusions 4 of linear bodies 2 forming a net are integrally fixed to the inner central part of the film. The tube-shaped bag thus completed is lifted from the position shown in FIG. 6 to the position shown in FIG. 4 while the scraping disk 14 is removed from the receiving mold 9, thereby completing the manufacturing of the bag.

Although the above is a case of a net tube, tube-shaped packaging bags with similar forms of membranes and small protrusions can be made using various other cylindrical materials depending on the purpose. For example, a cylindrical body made of a plastic sheet or a foamed plastic sheet is made with short cuts 16 in the axial direction, or one end of the cylindrical body is cut thinly in the axial direction and a slit 17 is made in the tufted shape. Good results can also be obtained by constricting the end portion of the cylindrical body to make it easier to obtain the convergence portion 5 and the small protrusion group 4 (FIG. 7).

Now, as shown in FIG. 2A, the membrane 3 is usually formed at a position that is raised from the lowermost end 15 of the bag formed by the linear bodies 2 by the thickness of the string. Therefore, when fruits etc. are stacked inside this packaging bag,
This has the advantage of more effectively preventing the upper and lower contents from coming into contact with each other. However, when the packages are stacked horizontally, there is no need to take such precautions for film formation, and any appropriate position may be used.

Further, the film 3 is formed in the shape of a circular sheet, but depending on the structure of the heater 6 (for example, it has a diameter approximately the same as that of the scraping disk 14 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 4, or a diameter slightly smaller). By providing a small circular protrusion 6'), it can also be formed as an annular film having a small hole approximately in the center of the sheet as shown in FIG. 4 rises integrally inward from the entire circumference of the small hole. Although it is an annular film, as shown in the figure, the linear bodies 2 of the small projection group 4 are formed in a dense state, so it is difficult to completely cover the bottom of the contents with a single film. There is no substantial difference from the case of a circular sheet-like film, and both the protective action against external impact and the action as a cushioning material are comparable to those of a single circular sheet-like film.

By selecting the material of the cylindrical body, the tube-shaped packaging bag of the present invention is lightweight and suitable for packaging items of various sizes, has flexible sizes, is inexpensive, strong, and saves resources. Moreover, since the bottom of the contents is completely covered, there is no risk of exposing the contents to external shocks. The small protruding groups of linear bodies act extremely effectively as a cushioning material against external shocks, so even without using a conventional floor plate, it can be handled somewhat roughly during various handling operations such as stuffing and transportation. It has many advantages, such as not damaging the contents even if it is touched, and can greatly contribute to improving work efficiency, making it highly practical.
