供給切換えカバー装置であつて、前記切換えカバ
ー８を、前記排ワラカツター４の前記回転刃４ｄ
の入口上部を覆う結束作業位置Ａと、カツター内
方に入り込んでカツター入口を開放する排ワラ切
断位置Ｂとに切換え可能に構成するとともに、前
記切換えカバー８の上面にこの切換カバー８が前
記結束作業位置Ａにあるとき、前記排ワラ分離リ
