Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily set and seal a filter by charging a gel substance in a frame having a groove-shaped opening part and mounting the frame in a filter frame. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 for supporting a filter 1 is supported by a frame carrier 3. A sealent housing 4 is fixed to the lower end of the filter 1 and a gel material 10 is charged therein as the sealant. The insertion end 5 of the sealant housing penetrates into the material 10 and the upper and the lower space of the filter are isolated. Air can be allowed to flow from the upper to the lower spacer or conversely from the lower space to the upper space as shown by the arrow F.
