開することがあり、即ち柄管の保持が不安定とな

又操作片部5cが長尺柄管1の上下左右等の外周
方向に大きく突出することがないので、回転刃の
角度を上下左右方向に傾斜した場合に於てもグリ
ツプ3又は長尺柄管1を腰部から離開する必要が
なく、即ち常にグリツプを確固にグリツピングし
た状態で、しかも長尺柄管1を楽な姿勢で保持し
得ることにより作業員の疲労を小にし得る等の効
果を奏し得られ、又前記の如き所期の目的を良く
