Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、大型の種子を播種するときに用い
る負圧播種機の放射状アームに関するものであ
る。

従来、籾を播くとき使用する負圧播種機は知ら
れているが、この負圧播種機のアームの外径をそ
のまま同一にして大豆や玉蜀黍を播くとき使用し
ようとすると、種子の外径が大き過ぎるためアー
ムに種子がくつつかず実用化することが出来なか
つた。また、アームの吸着用透孔を大きくして
も、アームの外径が細いので種子がアームから滑
べり動くため、やはり使用することが出来なかつ
た。

し吸着していた種子2をガイド筒4を通して落下
させる如く構成した負圧播種機に関するものであ
る。そして、この考案は、種子2の外径に比べて
少し太い金属パイプ製管状アーム3の先端進行方
向側にプレスによる押圧拡幅成形によつて大豆や
玉蜀黍の種子を嵌合出来る程度の幅方向拡径凹部
5を設け、該凹部5の底に管状アーム3内に通じ
る小透孔6を設けたものである。このように構成
すると凹部5内に大型種子を確実に吸着すること
が出来る。

よつて大豆や玉蜀黍の種子を嵌合出来る程度の幅
方向拡径凹部5を設け、該凹部5の底に管状アー
ム3内に通じる小透孔6を設けたもので、籾播き
用の負圧播種機を利用して大豆や玉蜀黍を播種す
ることが出来る特長がある。特に大豆や玉蜀黍の
収穫時期は米の収穫時期とずれているため負圧播
種機を有効に利用することが出来るものである。
