る。該原因は銅箔表面に加わる過大な応力と、繰返し加
わる振巾応力である。

問題点を解決する為の手段 上記問題点全解決する為に本発明のフレキシブル配線板
は、ベースフィルム上に平行に設けられた複数の銅箔と
ベースフィルムを挾んで上記複数の銅箔と対向する位置
に設けられた補強部とにより構成され、補強部の銅箔と
直交する端面の銅箔と対向する部位を凹状、銅箔間の熱
鋼間と対向する部位を凸状に形成させたものである。
