【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコイルスプリングの共振防止カバーの
移動防止装置に関する。一般に振動を有する箇所
にコイルスプリングを使用する場合にはコイルス
プリングの共振を防止するためにコイルスプリン
グ共振防止カバーを使用しコイルスプリングの内
側又は外側に共振防止カバーを密接嵌合せしめ共
振防止カバーとコイルスプリングと摩擦により共
振を防止するコイルスプリングの共振防止カバー
が知られている。コイルスプリング共振防止カバ
ーを単に筒状にしたのではコイルスプリング共振
防止カバーは軸方向に移動又はコイルスプリング
に対して回転し終局的にはコイルスプリングから
共振防止カバーが脱落するか又はその機能を著し
く減殺されてその機能を充分発揮し得ない欠点が
あつた。本考案は極めて簡単な手段でコイルスプ
リングの共振防止カバーがコイルスプリングより
移動又は回転しないコイルスプリング共振防止カ
バー移動防止装置を提供することを目的とする。
第1図は従来の筒状のコイルスプリング共振防止
カバーであり、第2図は本願の出願人が書願した
先願のコイルスプリング共振防止カバーの移動防
止装置(実願昭55−029205)に係るコイルスプリ
ングの移動防止装置である。第1図において単に
筒状に形成したコイルスプリングの共振防止カバ
ーにおいてはコイルスプリング1と共振防止カバ
ー2との摩擦及び振動により共振防止カバー2が
コイルスプリング1に対して軸方向に移動又は回
転しその機能を充分果し得ない欠点があつた。又
第2図の本出願人の先願に係るコイルスプリング
共振防止カバーの移動防止装置においては前記欠
点をなくすために尾部11を設けているため第1
図の筒状に形成された共振防止カバーより材料と
りが多くなるためコストが比較的割高なものとな
つている。

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a device for preventing movement of a coil spring resonance prevention cover in which the resonance prevention cover of a coil spring does not move or rotate relative to the coil spring using extremely simple means.
Fig. 1 shows a conventional cylindrical coil spring resonance prevention cover, and Fig. 2 shows a movement prevention device for a coil spring resonance prevention cover filed by the applicant of the present application (Utility Application No. 55-029205). This is a device for preventing movement of a coil spring. In the case of a resonance prevention cover for a coil spring that is simply formed into a cylindrical shape in FIG. 1, the resonance prevention cover 2 moves or rotates in the axial direction with respect to the coil spring 1 due to friction and vibration between the coil spring 1 and the resonance prevention cover 2. There were some drawbacks that prevented it from fully fulfilling its function. Furthermore, in the device for preventing movement of a coil spring resonance prevention cover according to the applicant's earlier application shown in FIG. 2, a tail portion 11 is provided to eliminate the above-mentioned drawback.
Since this requires more material than the cylindrical resonance prevention cover shown in the figure, the cost is relatively high.

以下本考案について説明する。第3図は本考案
の車輛用制動装置(図示せず)のシユーもどし用
スプリングに使用した場合の一実施例でその正面
図を示し、第4図は共振防止カバー2の側面図、
第5図は他の実施例を示す第4図と同様な側面
図、第6図は共振防止カバー2の展開図を示した
ものである。第3図は本考案に係る共振防止カバ
ー2がコイルスプリング1の外側に密接して嵌合
されている場合の実施例であつて、本考案は第6
図においてコイルスプリング共振防止カバー2の
端面6に近接して切欠き3を設けこの端面6側を
第4図に示すようにコイルスプリング1に対して
直径方向に波形4にプレス等により折り曲げて構
成されている。すなわち切欠き3は、薄板状の長
方形の平板を筒体に形成し、当該平板の端縁を対
峙させて形成した外筒8のスキマ12と対向する
位置に、外筒8の外周長さの1/2以上の周長さを
設けて形成する。また切欠き3の巾長さは、切欠
き工具の刃巾に合せた寸法でよいが、コイルスプ
リング1の線径以上には形成しない。また波形4
は、切欠き3と外筒8の一方の端面6で挾まれる
部分の外筒8の周壁を該外筒8のスキマ12方向
に凸面を有する曲面に形成し、スキマ12に接す
る凸頂部を逆に、スキマ12側に凹面を有する湾
曲面13に折曲して空間7を設けて形成する。空
間7はコイルスプリング1のフツク部5が湾曲面
13の内面と面接触をなすように形成する。丁度
フツク部5のつけ根部分をスキマ12を形成する
外筒8の対峙する端縁と空間7で形成する囲の中
に収めるように形成する。また波形4の端縁がコ
イルスプリング1のコイル端と当接するように形
成する。第5図は本考案の他の実施例で第4図に
示した波形4に折り曲げた変形である。第4図に
示した波形4ではコイルスプリング共振防止カバ
ー2の外筒8と波形4に形成された空間7にコイ
ルスプリング1のフツク部5が位置するためにコ
イルスプリング1が回転をするのを防止できる。
第5図に示す波形4ではコイルスプリング1のフ
ツク部5が9に位置するためにコイルスプリング
1の回転が防止できなくなるためコイルスプリン
グ1の外筒部にダボ10を設ける。第7図はダボ
10の詳細を示したものであるがダボ10はコイ
ルスプリング1の線径間に密接するようにダボ1
0を設ける。以上のようにコイルスプリング共振
防止カバー2を構成することによりコイルスプリ
ング1の軸方向の移動を波形4により又回転を波
形4又はダボ10により防止できる。本考案は極
めて簡単な手段で有効にコイルスプリング1の共
振防止カバー2の移動を防止することができる。
共振防止カバーは、その外筒が自身の弾性力でコ
イルスプリングの外周面と接する以外は、外筒お
よび波形はコイルスプリングと相互圧力をもつて
接することはないので、コイルスプリングの弾性
力に無用の力を及ぼすことが全くない実用的なコ
イルスプリング共振防止カバーの移動防止装置の
提供が可能となる。
