Claims (1)
- 被加熱材を誘導加熱するためのワークコイルと
、該ワークコイルを貫通して設けられた被加熱部
分よりの光を取り出すための孔又は切欠部と、該
取り出された光を導くための光フアイバと、該光
フアイバよりの光を検出して温度値を表す信号を
得る温度測定手段と、被加熱部分にエアーを吹き
付ける手段とを備えた誘導加熱温度測定装置。
