【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は断面〓状のコーナー用タイルの成型に
おいて均一な加圧成型を図らしめる様にしたコー
ナー用タイルの成型装置に関するものである。

の充填に際し粉体原料を成型面に沿つた〓状に均
一充填せしめることが出来ず、よつて成型品の密
度にむらが生じて変形等の原因となり、又成型品
両端の耳部cに対する加圧力が不充分となるた
め、成型時においては両辺の長さを規定寸法より
長く設定しておき成型後に余剰分を切断せしめる
様に成していたので、その成型操作に非常に手間
を要すると共に、切断機等の機械設備や切断操作
までの間成型品を乾燥のためストツクしておく場
所を要する等種々の欠点を有していた。

動制御せしめる様にしたコーナー用タイルの成型
装置を提供して上記欠点を解消せんとしたものに
して、以下本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説
明すると、 1は断面〓状のコーナー用タイルの成型品Tを
成型せしめる成型装置の本体であり、成型品Tの
高さおよび幅に対応する型枠2を水平に設置せし
め、該型枠2内には成型品Tの表裏両面に対応す
る〓状の成型面3,4を形成せしめて成る一対の
駒部材5,6を平面方向から見てキヤビテイ7が
〓状に配置される様にして型枠2内に左右対向状
に嵌入配置せしめ、一方の駒部材5は型枠2に対
し固定支持せしめると共に、他方の駒部材6は型
枠2内を左右摺動自在に案内支持せしめる様に成
している。

せしめると共に一方の駒部材6を加圧装置8に連
繋せしめて型枠2内を左右移動制御せしめる様に
したので、キヤビテイ7の上下、左右が全て閉鎖
した状態で圧縮成型せしめることが出来るため、
粉体原料Mが均一に充填されることと相俟つてキ
ヤビテイ7内の粉体原料Mを均等に圧縮作用せし
めて均質な成型品Tを得ることが出来、よつて従
来の様に加圧不充分である成型品T両端部の耳部
の切断等の操作を要しないためのコーナー用タイ
ルを簡易且つローコストに成型せしめることが出
来ると共に、品質の向上を図らしめることが出来
る等その実用的効果甚だ大なるものである。
