【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はブラシ装置、特に小型モータにおい
て、ブラシ部と一体に構成されて補強リブを有す
るターミナル部をモータケース外で折り曲げて使
用する小型モータにおいて、その折り曲げ部分の
裂損を防ぐために、当該折り曲げ部に予め切り欠
き孔を設けておくようにしたブラシ装置に関す
る。

成形される。そして該ブラシ装置は、ブラシ2と
ブラシアーム3とにより形成されたブラシ部と図
示ターミナル部1とが1体に構成された形となり
支持部をもつモータ・ケースに取付けられてい
た。なお上記ブラシ装置としては、モータの整流
子に対するブラシ2の接触状態を良好に維持する
ために板厚を0.08mm位の比較的薄いものが使用さ
れるために機械的強度を増大する必要があり、第
1図を参照して説明した如くターミナル部1の両
側辺を第1図に図示の鎖線部分で折り曲げて補強
リブ4が形成されていた。

げ応力が集中して非所望な亀裂を生じて電気抵抗
が非所望に増大し、場合によつては上記折り曲げ
部分7において切断されてしまうことが生じる。

第1図を参照して説明した従来の場合と基本的に
変わりはない。しかし本考案の場合、第4図およ
び第5図図示の如く、補強リブ4の位置に予め切
り欠き孔8,8をもうけておくようにしている。

合にくらべて所定の曲率アールをもつた折り曲り
部分9が形成される。

る形となることから、このような折り曲げ操作を
繰り返しても、折り曲げたターミナル部を元に戻
せば殆んど平板状に復帰するものとなる。

を折り曲げるようにしているので、折り曲げ部分
に非所望な亀裂や切断が発生することを防止でき
る。また繰返し折り曲げても実質上元の状態に復
元することが可能となる。
