(b) Prior art This type of dehydrating washing machine is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-131661.
It is shown in the publication No. In this case, the washing water is circulated by the back blade of the rotary blade, and the discharge waterway is formed by recessing the inner wall of the dehydration tank up to the blade seat and closing this part with a cover. The cover protrudes from the inner surface of the dehydration tank and also serves as a washboard. However, in this conventional example, when centrifugal force is applied during dehydration,
The cover may become compressed and dented, causing clothing to get caught in the cover. In addition, the outer periphery of the opening and blade seat where the rotor blade is located will be chipped to form a water channel, which is likely to cause deformation during molding. There were some things that were difficult to pick up.

(d) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a rotary blade at the bottom of a washing/dehydration tank housed in an outer tank, and a rotary blade between the outer tank and the dehydration tank on the back side of the rotor. A pump chamber for sucking water is formed, and a discharge channel of the pump chamber is formed on the outer bottom surface of the dehydration tank, and a vertical groove communicating with the upper end of the discharge channel is formed on the inner wall of the dehydration tank, and a lower end of the discharge channel is formed on the inner wall of the dehydration tank. This problem is solved by fitting the fitted discharge pipe into the vertical groove.

Reference numeral 32 denotes a vertical groove formed in the circumferential side wall of the dewatering tank 2 corresponding to the corner portion 26, and its lower end opening communicates with the upper end of the corner portion 26 of the discharge waterway 28. Reference numeral 33 denotes a discharge pipe that is fitted into the vertical groove 32 in a substantially tight manner, and whose cross section is made into a substantially oblong shape by blow molding, for example, and whose lower end opening is fitted into the lower end opening of the vertical groove 32, that is, the upper end of the discharge waterway 28. The upper end of the balance ring 34 of the dehydration tank 2 is inserted into a retaining ring 35 located toward the inside of the tank. This discharge pipe 33 has a bent part 36 that is gently bent inward from the middle lower part fitted in the vertical groove 32 to the upper part inserted into the retaining ring 35 closer to the inside of the tank.
This bent portion 36 partially protrudes into the tank to create a washing plate effect and reduce resistance to discharge pressure.

Reference numeral 37 denotes a cover fixed to the upper surface of the balance ring 34 by a screw 38, and has a hanging piece 39. The hanging piece 39 presses the upper end opening of the discharge pipe 33, and the lower end opening of the discharge pipe 33 is connected to the discharge waterway 28. Prevents it from coming off. A passage 40 communicates with the upper end opening of the discharge pipe 33, is formed by the retaining ring 35 and the cover 37, and has a downward outlet 41 facing into the dehydration tank 2.

Reference numeral 45 denotes a rib formed on the outer periphery of the rotary blade 7 so as to hang down by the dimension A, which increases the pressure within the pump chamber 21 during rotation and reduces the amount of water flowing into the tank through the gap between the openings 6. 46 is an outer tank cover attached to the upper end of the outer tank 1.

To explain the operation, first, when the rotor blade 7 rotates during washing or rinsing, the water between the outer tank 1 and the dehydration tank 2 flows through the through hole 22 into the pump chamber as shown by the arrow in Fig. 1 due to the pumping action of the back blades 9. It gets sucked into 21. Most of the sucked water is quickly sent out along the straight parts 24 , 24 to the open part 23 , no matter which direction the rotary blade 7 rotates, from there into the discharge waterway 28 , and into the discharge pipe 33 . It passes through the passage 40 and is discharged from the downward outlet 41 into the dehydration tank 2 via the lint filter 42 .

Therefore, very little water comes out into the tank from the gap between the opening 6 and the rotary blade 7, and this water immediately comes out from the dewatering hole 10, is sucked into the pump chamber 21 again, and is stirred by the blades 9. The phenomenon of abnormal foaming is becoming less likely to occur. That is, since the short-circuit path of water in a short period of time is small, abnormal foaming is less likely to occur. In addition, the washing water flow becomes complicated because the water from the downward outlet 41 overlaps the water flow from the rotary blades 7 perpendicularly to the water flow from the rotary blade 7, and in particular, the discharged water does not spread over the entire area of the tank but concentrates almost directly below. It works by hitting the laundry that is about to float and sinking it below the water surface, so it can promote the upper and lower rotation of the laundry and improve the washing rate and rinsing effect. Furthermore, the lint filter 42 can reliably remove lint and the like contained in the washing water. At this time, as shown in the figure, if the tip of the net 43 is submerged by the dimension B below the washing water surface L (at a high water level), the laundry will hit the net 43, and the vibrations at this time will remove the thread waste caught on the net 43. Thread waste can be easily removed from the net 43 when cleaning the filter 42 by pushing it to the tip.

The discharge waterway such as the discharge pipe 33 is clogged with thread waste, etc.
When the amount of water from the downward outlet 41 decreases,
It is necessary to clean the discharge channel. In this case, by removing the cover 37 on the top surface of the balance ring 34, the discharge pipe 33 can be lifted up and the discharge waterway 28 and the retaining ring 35 can be removed.
It can be removed from the discharge pipe 33 and passage 4.
0 can be cleaned easily, improving serviceability. Further, since the discharge waterway 28 is formed on the outer bottom surface of the dehydration tank 2, the waterway 28 does not appear inside the dehydration tank 2, which is good in appearance. Furthermore, since the discharge waterway of the pump chamber 21 on the side wall of the dehydration tank 2 is constituted by the discharge pipe 33, lint and the like do not appear from this part and do not spoil the external design.

The amount of water discharged from the discharge waterway 28 is large because the raised portion 5 increases the area of the waterway, and the increase in the amount of discharge increases the amount of lint captured and the effect of complicating the water flow. The laundry moving around due to the washing water flow is prevented from rising by the inwardly protruding bent portion 36 of the discharge pipe 33, and the laundry can be easily changed from top to bottom here. Therefore, cleaning power is improved and uneven washing is reduced.

During dewatering, the discharge pipe 33 is pressed by the laundry under centrifugal force and tends to deform, but the vertical grooves 32 support this and suppress the deformation. Therefore, the strength of the discharge pipe 33 itself may be set to be low, which is advantageous in manufacturing, and the laundry is less likely to be caught during deformation and return.

(g) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the discharge pipe due to centrifugal force and prevent cloth from getting caught, and it is also possible to ensure the strength of the bottom of the washing and dehydrating tank to prevent blade rubbing. Therefore, it is possible to provide a washing machine that causes fewer accidents during washing operations.
