Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent outdoor air from flowing in through an outdoor air passage by means of a front panel when not in operation, by making it posible to move a front panel toward or away from the front of a main body, with a simple mechanism which nevertheless works smoothly. CONSTITUTION:A front panel 5 is attached to the front surface of a main body of a ventilation fan 1 in such a way that it can be moved toward or away from said front surface by means of a slide mechanism part 8. When not in operation, if the front panel 5 is pushed in the direction so that said panel approaches the main body of the ventilation fan 1, each indoor-side end of openings 6 and 7 for a suction passage and a discharge passage are closed by the said panel 5, so that the interconnection between the outside and the inside of the room is disrupted. As described above, the movement of the front panel is handled by the slide mechanism part, a smooth and sure movement of the front panel is possible without adding complex mechanism to said front panel or the mainbody of the fan.

For example, an air conditioning ventilation fan has an intake path for introducing outside air into the room and an exhaust path for exhausting indoor air to the outside.
Even when the vehicle is not in operation, there is a connection fa between indoors and outdoors through the intake and exhaust channels. Therefore, if the air conditioning ventilation fan is stopped during cooling/heating, outside air will enter the room through the intake path and exhaust path, impairing the cooling/heating atmosphere in the room. This inconvenience occurs when the engine is in a stopped state, for example, when the intake passage and exhaust passage are not operated as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-39435. Can this be closed with a shielding plate? Removed by rubbing. Many air conditioning ventilation fans that have opening/closing means in the intake and exhaust passages have a front panel attached to the front of the ventilation fan body in order to provide the opening/closing means (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-188028).

These front panels often function as a cover for the opening/closing means and as an intake/exhaust end member.
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 5441, some ventilation fans are configured to have the function of the above-mentioned opening/closing means for opening and closing the opening end of the ventilation path on the indoor side.

The above-mentioned conventional air conditioning ventilation fan with a shielding plate has a complicated configuration, requiring an additional shielding plate in addition to the front panel. Since the panel can be structurally attached to and separated from the main body, there is a problem in that a complicated structure including a reinforcing structure is required for smooth movement of the front panel.

In this invention, the front panel can be moved toward and away from the front surface of the main body via the sliding mechanism component, and the open end of the ventilation passage on the front surface of the main body can be opened and closed by moving the front panel. Then, on the circumferential side between the front panel and the front surface of the main body, a gap serving as a ventilation path is created by moving the front panel in the direction of separation, and ventilation can be performed through this gap. In particular, since movement of the front panel is realized by the sliding mechanism components, smooth movement of the front panel is possible without complicating the structures of the front panel and the main body.

An air conditioning ventilation fan as an embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG.
The outer shell structure of the ventilation fan main body (1) consists of a main body frame and a front frame fixed to the front side of the indoor side, and a total heat exchanger (2) and an air intake for sucking outside air are installed inside the ventilation fan main body (1). Air blower (3) and exhaust air blower (4) for sucking indoor air
The front frame has a front panel (5) that projects forward of the front frame and separates from the front frame. The ventilation fan body (1) has an intake passage and an exhaust passage that are independent of each other, each using the heat exchange passage of the total heat exchanger (2) as a part of the passage. ), and an exhaust blower (4) is also incorporated in each exhaust path. The intake passage is a passage for introducing outside air into the room, and one opening end is opened on the back of the main body frame so that a vibrator can be connected, and the other opening end (6) is on the front of the front frame on the indoor side. It's open. In addition, the exhaust path is a path for exhausting indoor air to the outdoors (outdoors), and one open end of the exhaust path is opened to the back of the main body frame to allow pipe connection, and the other open end (
7) is open at the front of the indoor side of the front frame. In the illustrated example, the opening ends (6) and (7) on the indoor side of the intake passage and the exhaust passage are arranged side by side in the center of the front frame and have one opening. A front panel (5) having approximately the same planar area as the front frame is attached to the front surface of the open front frame of each of these open ends (6) and (7) via a slide mechanism component (8). The front panel (5) is attached to the front of the ventilation fan body (1) by a slide mechanism part (8) so that it can be moved in the direction of thin liquid, and when moved in the direction of separation, the front frame and the front panel (5) A gap fs) is formed on the outer circumference of the air passage, and the opening ends (6) and (7) of the intake and exhaust passages communicate into the room using this gap f8) as a ventilation path. Also, when the front panel (5) is moved in the proximity direction, the front panel (5)
is almost joined to the front surface of the front frame, and closes the opening ends (6) and (7) on the indoor side of each of the intake passage and exhaust passage. Between the front panel (5) that moves in this way and the front surface of the ventilation fan body (1) on the indoor side, there are opening ends (6) of the intake and exhaust channels.

A partition plate (g) is provided which partitions (7) in the middle and has both ends fixed to the front panel (5) and the ventilation fan body (1). This partition plate (9) is made of a flexible material, or has a structure that can expand and contract so that it can expand and contract following the movement of the front panel (5) in the direction of separation. There is. The slide mechanism component (8) responsible for moving the front panel (5) has a structure that is independent of the front panel (5) and the ventilation fan body (1), for example, as shown in FIG. 3. In other words, a front panel (

All movements of the front panel (5) are realized by this sliding mechanism part (8). The slide mechanism component (8) has a pair of guide bars α→ that ensure and smooth the parallel movement of the movable part 0→, and the pair of guide bars α→ protruding from the movable part α■ are fixed to the bed αO. The sleeve αQ is slidably inserted into the sleeve αQ. The movable part α force and the bed 00 are connected at the rear by an elastic connecting rod αQ, and the movable part 03 is normally pushed out toward the projecting end F by the spring α force of the connecting rod αQ. When the movable part α is pressed, the force of the spring α is compressed and the movable part α→ slides to the backward end. Therefore, when the air conditioning ventilation fan of this example is not in operation, the front panel (5) must be pushed in a direction close to the ventilation fan body (1).
eThus, each opening end on the indoor side of the intake passage and exhaust passage (6)
, (7) can be closed to cut off the connection between indoors and outdoors, and during operation, the front panel (5) can be pulled forward, that is, in the direction of separation, by the force of the spring α, and the intake and exhaust channels can be closed. Each of the opening ends (6) and (7) on the indoor side of the air conditioner can be opened to allow normal air conditioning operation. and,
During operation, the front panel (5) and the ventilation fan body (1)

Since there is a partition plate (9) that separates (7), the inconvenience that the intake air flow is attracted to the exhaust air flow and returned to the outside does not occur. Although the movement of the front panel (5) is reliable and smooth, the front panel (5) and the ventilation fan body (
The groove formation in 1) is simpler. It should be noted that the present invention can be applied to a ventilation fan that only exhausts air, only takes in air, or even simultaneously sucks and exhausts air.

Is it clear from the above explanation based on the examples? In the ventilation fan of the present invention, the front panel is moved toward and away from the front surface of the main body via a sliding mechanism component. Since this is made movable, the opening end of the ventilation path opened at the front of the main body can be opened and closed by operating only the front panel in the direction of separation. Furthermore, since the movement of the front panel is handled by the slide mechanism parts, the front panel can be moved smoothly and reliably without complicating the structure of the front panel or the main body.
