DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a papermaking needle felt (hereinafter referred to as felt) used in a papermaking machine.

As paper machines have become faster, larger, and pressurized, the materials and structure of felt have undergone significant changes in order to increase its durability. Warp threads 33 of felt base fabric 31. The weft yarn 34 has changed from woolen yarn and multifilament twisted yarn to monofilament, and the base fabric structure of the felt has also changed from single weave to double weave,
It has been changed to a triple weave, and has a structure that is resistant to compression and does not easily flatten against the high pressures of paper machines.

Further, the batt layer 32 that is flocked to the felt base fabric 31 is often single-sided as shown in FIG. 7 in order to improve the water squeezing property and reduce the basis weight. In the case of a double-sided bat structure as shown in FIG. 8, if the thickness of the batt layer 32 on one side is the same as that of the single-sided bat as shown in FIG. becomes. Furthermore, if the felt having a double-sided batt structure as shown in FIG. 8 and the felt having a single-sided batt structure as shown in FIG. The mark problem occurs.

(Hereinafter, this condition will be referred to as bearing). When FEL I paper is made using the base fabric 31 in a bearing state,
This causes bearing marks on the paper, resulting in a decline in paper quality. In order to prevent this bearing mark, it is better to make the batt layer 32 thicker, but this results in poor water squeezing performance and a decrease in papermaking performance.

If the felt base fabric 31 is woven with Il#l of 3/1 diagonal warp double weave (Fig. 5), bearing marks will not occur, but due to the influence of the downward-sloping streaks on the paper machine. When the felt is turned in the direction of the thread, it tends to shift to the left side.

3/1 Yamagata oblique sutra 2ff of the present invention! ! (FIG. 1), as shown in FIG. 2, the surface has continuous chevron-shaped stripes, and the stripes going down to the right and those going down to the left are evenly distributed. For this reason, a felt (No. 7 Even if the method shown in Fig.) is installed in a paper machine, the felt will not be uneven on the paper machine.

In addition, the surface of the 3/1 chevron diagonal weave two-m weave (Fig. 1) of the present invention is partially the same as the 3/1 diagonal sutra double R (Fig. 6), and the surface of the 3/1 diagonal sutra double R (Fig. It becomes a sentence. For this reason, the warp, #i! It does not form a thread bearing condition.

1) Pick-up felt 1 for a velvet former paper machine that makes coated base paper (felt length dimension 30
m, width dimension 580cm, papermaking speed 1000TIL/min),
Conventionally, a base fabric with a 3/1 collapsible pattern double n (date 470g/rrt) was used, and a synthetic fiber batt (basis weight 938g/TIt) was flocked on one side of this base fabric (the side that will be in contact with the wet paper). felt (Figure 7) was used. In this case, the coated base paper that was made had bearing marks, which caused a decline in the quality of the coated base paper. When making coated base paper where bearing marks are a problem, , a bat made of synthetic fibers on both sides of the base fabric (fabric weight 102
8g/7r1. ) flocked felt (Fig. 8) was used. This resulted in a reduction in papermaking speed of 5 to 7%.

As a countermeasure to eliminate this bearing mark, we used 3/1 diagonal sutra duplex $1i (5659/rd) as a base fabric, and one side of the base (the side that would be in contact with the wet paper) with a synthetic m-fiber batt (wet weight 740 g/Wt). ) with flocked felt (Fig. 7) was used. As a result, the pair 1) ring mark was resolved, but the felt was shifted to the right side of the paper machine, and the edge of the felt came into contact with the paper machine frame, resulting in 11! [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, by using the felt of the present invention, quality is improved by eliminating bearing marks on paper, prevention of poor water extraction caused by increased felt weight, prevention of decrease in papermaking speed, and unevenness of felt. The reduction in the lifespan of the felt due to wear of the felt ears due to this has been prevented.
