電検出回路と、二次電池の充電電圧が前記所定の
電圧以上であるか否かを検出して対応する第2検
出信号を出力する二次電池電圧検出回路と、間欠
的な間欠信号を発生する間欠信号発生回路と、前
記両検出信号および間欠信号に基づいて負荷に供
給する電力源を前記太陽電池または二次電池のい
ずれかに切換えて前記負荷へ電力を間欠的に供給
する切換手段とを含むことを特徴とする太陽光発
