Joints play an important role in bringing out the decorative beauty of walls constructed with design tiles. That is, the decorative quality of the tile wall surface depends on whether the color and shape of the joint surface harmonize with the design tile. Therefore, at the design stage, we look at samples of the tiles planned to be used and samples of the joint material that will be combined with them side by side, carefully consider the harmonious balance between the tiles and the joints, and create a beautiful and beautiful design as desired by the customer. Efforts are being made to obtain a tile wall surface that is of the highest quality. In this case, in response to the wide variety of patterns and colors applied to the design tiles, there is a demand for joint samples with a wide variety of colors and surface shapes.

It is a sectional view taken along the line - in the figure. The case 1 is made by folding a thick mount 2 in half, and a required number of recesses 3 are formed on one side of the folded surface.
Joint fillers 4, which are colored and classified in several different colors, are pasted with adhesive. The joint material 4 is in the form of a thin plate formed by solidifying kneaded joint mortar.

得るものではなかつた。 However, from such a joint sample, it is impossible to take out one joint material 4 and place it directly alongside the tile sample to examine the harmonious relationship between the two. Moreover, since the shape of the joint material 4 is different from the actual joint shape, subtle intuitive errors are likely to occur in determining the harmonious relationship, and as a result, it often happens that it does not meet the customer's wishes during the acceptance inspection after construction. was. Moreover, since the joint material 4 is plate-shaped, each individual occupies a relatively large area, and it is not possible to attach various types of joint materials 4 to the mount 2.
The selection range of joints was narrow. In short, conventional joint samples have not been able to meet the demands of examining harmonious relationships with a wide variety of design tiles.

Further, in this embodiment, joint joint samples are prepared by type, such as color, shape, material, etc., with respect to the surface properties of the mortar material, and these are arranged so that they can be stored in an assortment in a case.

本の選択範囲が拡大される。 According to the above means, firstly, it is possible to individually select one unit of joint sample and directly juxtapose it with the tile sample to examine the harmonious relationship between the two;
Second, since the shape of the joint sample is an approximation to the actual joint, there is no risk of sensory errors when examining the harmonious relationship with the tile sample. When combined joint samples are stored in a case, a wide variety of joint samples can be carried at once, expanding the range of joint samples for construction designers and users. Ru.

に形成したものを示した。 FIG. 1 shows a mortar material 5 in a kneaded state colored in a predetermined color on both side walls 8a and 8 of a frame material 6 having a U-shaped cross section and made of aluminum or plastic material.
This figure shows one unit of a joint sample 7 formed by filling the spaces between the two parts and solidifying them as one piece. As shown in the figure, one unit of the joint sample 7 is made into a bar shape in order to approximate the shape of the actual joint as much as possible. Therefore, the length and width of the joint sample 7 should be close to the dimensions of actual joints for interior tiles, exterior tiles, and other uses. Mortar material 5 in this case
100% white cement, 50% silica sand No. 8, 10% silica sand powder, waterproofing material (100% white cement, 50% dolomite plaster, aluminum stearate)
10) 25, anti-mold material 1, methylcellulose
0.2, pigment in a ratio of 1 to 15 (all parts by weight) and kneaded. To manufacture one unit of joint sample 7, first, frame material 6 having a U-shaped cross section is prepared. The frame material 6 preferably has a stable weight to the extent that it does not move when the mortar material 5 is filled. For example, assume that a groove-shaped material made of metal (such as aluminum), which is commercially available as a plastically worked material, is cut into a predetermined length. The reason why we used plastically processed material as the frame material 6 was because the actual width of the joint was only a few mm to more than 10 mm.
This is to match the dimensional accuracy of the joint sample 7 to the actual joint as much as possible. Both ends of the frame material 6 made in this manner are aligned and plate-like members (not shown) are applied to both ends. Then, a kneaded mortar material 5 prepared separately and given a predetermined color is filled into the frame material 6, and then the upper surface of the mortar material 5 is leveled uniformly with a roller or the like, and finally the mortar material is 5 should be solidified. Joint sample 7 in Figure 1
shows a surface formed into an inverted convex shape using a spherical roller.

Also, joint sample 7 is mortar material 5
Since the three longitudinal sides (both sides and the bottom) of the mortar 5 are integrally covered with a strong metal frame 6, this frame 6 protects the mortar 5.
Therefore, even when multiple joint samples 7 are stored in the same case, there is no risk of damage to the mortar material 5 due to contact between adjacent items, and a wide variety of joint samples 7 can be used. Suitable for assorting and storing things.

The case 9 includes a storage section 9a and a cover 9b rotatably supported on both sides of the storage section 9a.
Therefore, the cover 9b is made of a transparent or translucent material. Further, the storage portion 9a has ribs 11 at several locations on its inner surface. This rib 11
is for providing a predetermined interval between the side wall of the storage portion 9a and the combination joint samples 7a to 7g,
By inserting part of a finger into this interval, any of the combined joint samples 7a to 7g can be easily taken out. 12 is a locking claw provided on one side of the cover 9b, and 13 is a locking projection provided on a part of the outer surface of the storage portion 9a in correspondence with the claw 12.

You can tell at a glance whether or not it exists. In addition, even if you take out a desired color of the combined joint samples 7a to 7g and compare them with the tiles used on the wall, it is easy to take out as described above, and the combined joint samples 7a to 7g are Since each of the samples 7a to 7g has a shape that approximates the actual joint, judgments can be made based on reality. Furthermore, in this case, it is convenient to write the color name, product number, etc. of the combined joint samples 7a to 7g somewhere on the side surface of each frame material 6.
