排出させる乾燥機における排出装置および乾燥機
本体の頂部に横設された搬入樋の底部に開閉板の
一端を枢着して、該開閉板の開閉動作により搬入
樋の底部を開放ならしめて搬入樋内の残留穀物を
下部に落下させるようにした乾燥機における残留
穀物排出装置は本出願前それぞれ実公昭47−9018
号公報および実開昭57−191435号公報に記載され
て公知である。

種穀物の乾燥に際して、異種の穀物が混入する等
の欠点が生じた。

支承回動体と、乾燥機本体の頂部に横設された搬
入樋の致部に枢着した開閉板を開閉動させる作動
杆とをリンク杆および左右方向に切替回動ができ
るよう軸架された操作レバーを介し連動連結した
ことを特徴とする乾燥機における残留穀物排出装
置としたものであつて、かかる装置によれば、一
本の操作レバーの左右方向の切替回動操作により
可動流穀板および開閉板を同時に開閉動作せしめ
て、繰出し部および搬入樋を閉塞状とした時には
乾燥機本体内に充填された穀物を正確に循環流動
せしめて、乾燥作業を能率的に行うことができる
許りか、乾燥作業の終了時にあつては、繰出し部
および搬入樋を同時に開放ならしめ、繰出し部お
よび搬入樋内に残留した穀物を一挙に落下させ、
これを能率的に機外へ排出させることができ、そ
の結果、乾燥機本体内に残留穀物が皆無となるこ
とで、鼠の進入を無くし、乾燥作業を衛生的なら
しめると同時に残留穀物の固化付着による腐蝕の
発生を防止させる外、繰出し部における穀物の流
下排出能率を向上させ、乾燥機の運転機構が簡単
なものであつても、短時間内に乾燥穀物の総てを
機外へ排出し、もつて異種類穀物といえども混合
させることなく効率的に乾燥させることができる
効果を奏する。

ように軸架された繰出しロールであり、又13は
取出し槽4の一側に開口装着した吸引排風機であ
