Claims (1)
層により構成される積層コイル部分と、 この積層コイル部分の少なくとも一箇所に形成
された誘電体層と、 磁性体層と誘電体層を貫通する貫通孔とを備え
る積層チツプ可変コイルであつて、 前記貫通孔内の磁気コア部材の移動によりイン
ダクタンスが調整できることを特徴とする積層チ
ツプ可変コイル。 (2) 前記磁気コア部材は、磁心とトリマーとフ
ランジを備え、トリマーとフランジは非磁性材料
で構成され、フランジに対するトリマーの回転に
より磁心が移動する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
