Claims (1)
- 中心のシングルモードフアイバの周りに複数本
のマルチモードフアイバを集合させた光フアイバ
束とレーザダイオードとを対向させてなるレーザ
ダイオードモジユールについて、前記レーザダイ
オードと前記周囲のマルチモードフアイバ端面と
の間は、マルチモード光フアイバの光出力の信号
対雑音比の変化が一定値となる間隙をとり、前記
中心のシングルモードフアイバの光入射側端末が
前記レーザダイオード側に径が細くなるようテー
パ状に加工されており、かつ、そのテーパ状の端
末が前記周囲のマルチモードフアイバの各端面よ
りも突出されていることを特徴とするレーザダイ
オードモジユール。
