Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve deep and clear stamping while preventing a die from being broken, by preliminarily pressing a die against a material by an oil hydraulic mechanism to perform shallow stamping, and while maintaining this condition, further striking the die. CONSTITUTION:A fluid is supplied through a fluid inflow port 5 to lower a piston rod 4, thereby pressing the die 13 against the material 14. While maintaining this condition, air is supplied through an air-supplying port 10, and is released through a port 11, whereby a hammer 9 is permitted to rapidly fall along a hole 4a in the rod 4 to strike a head 7. Because the head 7 can be moved the length of a groove 7a, it is slightly moved to stamp the die on the material 14. After stamping, air is slowly supplied through the air-supplying port 11, whereby the hammer 9 is pushed upward to its initial position. The piston rod 4 is also returned to its initial state by supplying a fluid through a fluid inflow port 6.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a mold such as a stamp attached to the tip of the piston rod of a hydraulic mechanism having a cylindrical piston rod so as to be able to move slightly in the longitudinal direction of the rod. A stamping press is equipped with a head for holding the mold, and a mold movably arranged within the piston rod.The mold is pressed onto the material by a hydraulic mechanism, and then the piston is pressed by force such as air. The hammer inside the rond is moved to strike the head, thereby stamping the material.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, based on drawings, an embodiment when the stamping press of the present invention is used as a stamping machine will be described. Figure 1 shows
1 is a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the stamping machine of the present invention, and in this figure, 1 is a hydraulic piston mechanism, which is composed of a cylinder 2, a piston 3, and a cylindrical piston rod 4, and the liquid flows through the liquid inlet 5. The structure is such that the piston rod 4 is lowered by flowing in the liquid, and the piston rod 4 is raised by flowing the liquid from the liquid inlet 6. 7 is a head that is supported by a support member 8 at the tip of the piston rod 4 and is movable in the length direction of the rod 4 by a slight distance corresponding to the length of a groove 7a formed therein; 9 is a piston; A hammer 10, 11 is located in a through hole 4a formed in the length direction of the rod 4 and is movably arranged along this hole 4a; 10 and 11 are air supply ports used to move the hammer 9; 12 is a gasket provided to prevent air leakage, 13 is i

To stamp using this stamping machine, first attach the stamp 13 to the tip of the head 7, and then use the hydraulic mechanism to attach the stamp 13 to the tip of the head 7.
3 onto the material 14 0 That is, by supplying fluid from the fluid inlet 5 , the piston rod 4 is lowered and the stamp 13 is crimped onto the material 14 0 While maintaining this state, air is supplied from the air supply port 10 . Supply port 1
If the air is removed from the piston rod 4, the nozzle 9 will rapidly descend along the hole 4a of the piston rod 4, and the head 7 that hits the head 7 will move by the length of the groove 7a, so it will move slightly. Then, the material 14 is marked.

In addition, in the zero or more operations of returning the piston rod 4 to its original state by supplying fluid from the liquid inlet 6, a shallow stamp is first applied to the material by pressing the stamp onto the material using a hydraulic mechanism. While maintaining this state,
By supplying air and hitting the head with a hammer, the stamp is deeply embedded into the material, making it possible to form a deep and clear stamp. In this case, the head 7 is made slightly movable relative to the piston rod 4, so that the inscription is deeply and reliably set into the material.

Figures 2 and 3 show heads with different means of attachment to the piston rod 4. This head 7' has a slightly elongated (oval-shaped cross-section) through hole 7'a. , which is attached by passing the support rod 8' through this through hole.Even if a head having such a shape is used, slight vertical movement is possible.

In this embodiment, when the piston 3 is fixed to the piston rod 4, a ring key 15 in the shape of a ring divided into two parts is placed in the ring groove 4b of the piston rod 4 from both sides, and a lid 16 is placed on the lower end surface of the piston 3. This is done by bringing the two into contact at the position of the ring key 15 and integrating the two at the port 17. Also, 18 is Patsukin.

The methamping press of the present invention uses a hydraulic mechanism to press the mold onto the material in advance to perform shallow stamping, and then taps the mold further while maintaining this state, so that deep and clear stamping can be obtained. Moreover, since the operation by the hydraulic mechanism is simply crimping, the mold will not be damaged or destroyed, and large amounts of power are not required. In addition, the action of the hammer is not directly hitting the mold, but is carried out through the head, and is performed with the material and mold crimped together, so there is no direct collision between the mold and the material or the hammer. There is almost no damage to the mold, and it can be used for a long time. Furthermore, if the head that supports the mold is made slightly movable up and down as in the embodiment, extremely clear stamping can be performed.
