Some aerosol products can have added value by arbitrarily changing the amount of spray depending on the application, and this effect is particularly remarkable for paint-type aerosols such as paints and glass cleaners. For example, when the surface to be coated is large, the amount of spray is increased so that the coating can be applied over a wide area, and when the surface to be coated is small, the amount of spray is decreased so that the coating can be applied over a narrow width. There have been several applications for this type of aerosol valve, such as Utility Model Application No. 148511 (1973) and Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1977 (1979).
No. 104210, Actual Publication No. 41-2437, Special Publication No. 52-26924
The aerosol valve stem hole has a large diameter part, a small diameter part, or a wide part, and the amount of spray can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of a push button attached to the upper end of the stem. It was hot. However, since the stem hole of these conventional technologies is the final sealing part of the aerosol valve, equipping this part with a variable part will cause leakage of the contents in the container, leading to fatal product defects. It was hot.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and allows the user to easily and reliably control the spray characteristics.Examples will be described below. FIG. 1 shows the first embodiment of the present invention. , 1 is its aerosol valve. 2 is a mountain cup that is fitted and fixed to the aerosol container, and one end is attached to the housing 4.
The upper gasket 3 is tightly fixed to the upper end of the stem 8 and the other end thereof holds an upper gasket 3 for sealing the stem hole 9 of the stem 8.
The housing 4 has a prepared hole 17 in its lower part, a connecting part 6 connected thereto to which the dip tube 7 is attached, and a small hole 5 in its side wall. This small hole 5 is used to narrow the spray particles at the gas phase inlet in the container, but it is not necessary. Further, the stem 8 has a passage 18 that communicates with the outside through the stem hole 9, and a lead-out pipe 10 at the lower part. One end of the outlet pipe 10 is a prepared hole 1 in the housing 4.
It has a small tube 13 that is inserted into the tube 7 and constantly communicates with the inside of the container via the dip tube 7, and a flow passage 12 that communicates with the large diameter opening 11 at the other end. The lower gasket 14, which serves as a means for sealing the prepared hole 17 of the housing 4, holds the lower surface of the housing 4 with a seat plate 15, and its one end is slidably held in a sealed state on the side wall of the outlet pipe 10 of the stem 8. . Further, the spring 16 surrounds the outlet pipe of the stem 8, extends from the lower part of the stem 8 to the seat plate 15, and always urges the stem 8 upward. In this embodiment, when a push button attached to the upper end of the stem 8 is lightly pressed, the stem hole 9 of the stem 8 is opened, and the contents in the container pass through the dip tube 7 and are sprayed to the outside through the small tube 13.
Further, when the push button is pressed even more strongly, the large diameter opening 11 of the stem 8 is moved from the pilot hole 17 of the housing 4 to the connecting portion 6.
Because it protrudes to the side and the flow passage 12 is wide open,
A large amount of the contents passing through the dip tube 7 can be sucked up and the amount of spray can be increased.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the second embodiment allows the user of the aerosol product to determine the amount of spray in advance, and this embodiment differs from the first embodiment. The point is that by making the upper and lower stems separate and rotating the upper stem by external operation, the lower stem, which slides only in the vertical direction, will not be pushed down toward the bottom of the housing while the upper and lower stems are in close contact with each other, and the lower stem will be rotated upwards. A cup is installed inside the housing as a member that does not rotate even when the stem is rotated. Further, the other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. To explain in detail below, the stem 28 is composed of an upper stem 39 and a lower stem 46, which are separated from each other.
A push button is attached to one end toward the outside. The lower part of the passage 38 communicating with the push button is comprised of a stem hole 29 which is normally sealed with an upper gasket 23 when not spraying, and an upper stem body 40 located within the housing 24.

Also, inside the housing 24, a small pipe 3 of the outlet pipe 30 is provided.
3 is always in communication with the inside of the aerosol container via the dip tube 27. Boss 4 of lower stem 46
8 is fixed in the housing 24, and when the stem 28 is pressed down at the other end above the seat plate 54 that fixes the lower gasket 34 that seals the prepared hole 37 of the housing 24 and the circumferential side of the outlet pipe 30. , upper stem 3
The cup 35 has a groove 53 having a stopper surface 52 for stopping and supporting the wings 41 of No. 9, and is controlled to slide vertically. Further, the small hole 25 for introducing the gas phase in the aerosol container is formed at a position where it can be seen into the housing 24 through the groove 53 of the cup 35. When the aerosol valve 21 configured in this way is pressed on the push button attached to the upper end of the stem 28, the wings 41 of the upper stem 39 abut against the stopper surface 52 of the cup 35, thereby controlling further pressing. At this time, the stem 28 is pushed down through the groove 53 of the cup 35 via the boss 48, but the large-diameter opening 31 of the lower stem 46 is in a position that does not penetrate the lower gasket 34. Therefore, the contents in the aerosol container are transferred through the dip tube to the small tube 33, the flow path 32, and the large diameter opening 31.
is introduced into the housing 24 through the small hole 25.
The mixture is mixed with the gas phase introduced from the upper stem 39, passes through the notches 42 provided in the wings 41 of the upper stem 39, and is sprayed to the outside from the push button via the stem hole 29 and the passage 38.

In this state, when the push button attached to the upper end of the upper stem 39 is pressed, the stem hole 29 sealed with the upper gasket 23 opens and the wings 41 of the upper stem 39 are pushed to the upper end of the cup 35. It is stopped and supported by the located stopper surface 52, and further the lower stem 4
The large diameter opening 31 of No. 6 also communicates with the inside of the aerosol container via the dip tube 27. The contents in the aerosol container are introduced into the housing 24 from the date small tube 27 through the large-diameter aperture 31, mix with the gas phase from the small aperture 25, and pass through the airfoils 41 of the upper stem 39.
the stem hole 29 opened through the notch 42;
Spraying can be carried out from the pushbutton via the passage 38 to the outside. In this case, since the large-diameter aperture 31 is larger than the small tube 33, it is possible to spray a larger amount than in the state shown in FIG. The amount of spray can be selected, and a constant amount of spray can be applied regardless of how strongly the push button is pressed.

Furthermore, as another third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, a male threaded part 72 is provided at the lower part of the upper stem 70 of the stem 64, and a female threaded part 73 is provided on the lower stem 71 to be screwed into the male threaded part 72. The other configurations are the same as in the second embodiment. FIG. 7 shows a state in which the upper stem 70 is rotated and the lower stem 71 is pushed down. When the push button attached to the tip of the upper stem 70 is pressed, the large diameter opening 66 of the lower stem 71 communicates with the inside of the aerosol container. Conversely, if the upper stem 70 is rotated to bring the root of the male threaded portion 72 of the upper stem 70 closer to the tip of the lower stem 71, the large diameter opening 66 will not exceed the lower gasket 69 even if the push button is pressed. The object is connected to the housing 6 only through the small tube 68.
It can be introduced within 3.
