Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow continuous printing on the internal surface of either a non- magnetic metal or synthetic resin tube by enabling a printer to stop under the effect of a field magnetic force acting on magnets each at the head and tail of the printer and subsequently causing a printing instrument to roll in close contact with the internal surface of the tube. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic device 10, 11 is mounted on a frame 2 and a printer 18 is inserted manually into the interior 25 of a shroud tube 1. Then a straddle position is adjusted to a magnetic field 23, 24 and the printer 18 is stopped. A printing roller 38 is provided below and to the center of the printer 18 and a shaft spring 32 is strengthened so as to provide better fitting of a plate surface 40 to a bottom surface. Or steady rotation of the printing roller 38 is assured by adjusting an electric current for the intensification of a magnetic force in the lower electromagnetic device. Ink is supplied from a felt brush 35 which contacts the printing roller 38 as it rotates. An appropriate amount of ink is transferred to the felt brush 35 by an adjusting mouthpiece 37 which is also used as a brush holder on a tube 36 and then to the plate surface 40. Thus the interior of the tube is printed continuously.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention mainly applies to long lengths of non-magnetic vinyl synthetic resin and other synthetic resin materials! Pipes, cylinders, and hoses 2 For example, when printing company names or other items in a repeated continuous pattern inside the pipes of water, drainage, exhaust, and rain gutters, the magnetic field is created using the magnetic field action between the upper and lower electromagnetic poles. This is a printing device whose purpose is to immobilize the printing body by attracting the magnets of the printing body inside the tube sent from the passing frame, and to print by rolling the printing ring onto the inner surface.

Printing on the inner surface of the tube is efficient and easy to handle, as printing can be done immediately following the tube manufacturing machine without contaminating the outer surface, regardless of whether the ink is dry or not.

One of the most effective examples of internal printing is the vertical gutters of buildings. Printing on the outside can be mistaken for dirt when viewed from a distance, detracting from its aesthetic appearance. Therefore, at present, even a small amount of master printing is extremely small, inconspicuous, and difficult to read.

Although only the main parts of the inside of the pipe (10) are shown in Figures 3 and 4, the printing ring (30) is connected to the plate surface (34) on the bottom surface (19) of the pipe.
Rotating force can be obtained as it comes into contact with a little bit of pressure.

The printing ring (30) and the belt ring (29) are rotated as described above so that the plate surface (34) rolls on the tube lower surface (19) and a print (35) is obtained in its trace. Therefore, printing is possible as long as the tube lasts.

As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the ink (36) whose output amount has been adjusted with the Tupro Gold (45) is transferred to the 10th roller (46), and then to the 20th roller (47). The ink is spread onto the printing plate (3) from a hard felt roller (44).
4), and as the ring (30) rotates, printing is performed as shown in FIG. (Tupro Kanebe-Ushiku in Figures 7 and 8 is omitted) During continuous printing of tubes (13), □□ advances on the printing stand (33). If there is a difference in level (gap) or a gap at 1 o'clock at the point of contact between the following tubes, there is a risk that the next tube angle will collide with the ring surface (34) and cause damage if the tube continues to proceed as it is. ,
To avoid this, the printing body (16) inside the tube is temporarily levitated toward the ceiling to avoid collision.
