(Industrial Application Field) The present invention is a tube container that is filled with a facial mask and has a plastic body whose one end is heated by a known means and then clamped to form a bottom of a known shape. Regarding. (Prior art and its problems) Plastic tube containers are widely used as containers for cosmetics and the like. The body is single-layered, and as a plastic material, it has excellent surface gloss and printability, which are required for cosmetic containers.
Low-density polyethylene is used because it is highly flexible and easy to extrude. By the way, in order to confirm whether the above-mentioned plastic tube containers can be used for facial cosmetics, as an accelerated test, 20 single-layer tube containers made of low-density polyethylene, which are conventionally used as cosmetic containers, were When a facial mask was filled and sealed and subjected to a constant temperature storage test at 50°C, leakage of the pack was observed from the bottom of 13 tube containers after 25 days and all 20 tubes after 33 days. As shown in FIG. 3, the area where leakage occurred in the above test started from the boundary line 26 between the heated, clamped and joined part and the unjoined part, and started from the boundary line 26 toward the joined part. This was the fracture point 27, which had progressed slightly and reached the outer surface of the joint portion. In addition, the third
The bottom of the tube container shown in cross section in the figure has a well-known bottom shape, and this bottom is made by heating one end of a hollow cylindrical body, which becomes the body, by an appropriate means, and forming a rack-shaped one with teeth on a flat plate. A set of clamping plates is formed by sandwiching and pressing the one end portion with the convex portion and the convex portion facing each other, and the concave portion and the concave portion, respectively, and 21 indicates that when the clamping plate is clamped, The extruded parts 22 and 22' are extruded parts formed at the end of the body, and the protrusions 23 and 23' are the concave parts of the clamping plate, which are extruded in the opposite direction to the extruded part 21 during clamping. The mountain portion formed by being compressed with
5 and 25' are valley portions formed by being clamped and pressed by the convex portions of the clamping plates. The bottom joint part has the above-mentioned peak parts and valley parts alternately, and the breaking point 27 is the boundary line 2 between the joint part and the unjoined part.
6 to the vicinity of the boundary between the protruding portion 22 and the valley portion 25. Therefore, the present invention provides a plastic tube container that does not leak the facial mask even if stored for a long time after being filled with a facial mask and sealed, has excellent surface gloss and printability, and is easy to extrude. The purpose is to Note that some plastic tube containers are known to have a laminated body, but the conventional laminated body is designed to prevent scent and moisture from permeating, as is used for toothpaste containers, for example. etc., and those aimed at improving the printability of the outer surface, and there are no known ones aimed at preventing leakage from the bottom formed by heating and clamping. (Structure of the invention) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a body comprising an outer layer made of low-density polyethylene and an inner layer made of high-density polyethylene, and the ratio of the outer layer thickness to the inner layer thickness is has a configuration in which the ratio is 3-7:7-3. The reason why the tube container of the present invention has the above configuration is based on the experimental results described below. That is, the total thickness of the outer layer made of low-density polyethylene and the inner layer made of high-density polyethylene is equal to the thickness of the conventional single-layer body, and the ratio of the thicknesses of the inner and outer layers is from 1:9 to 9:1. Tube containers having body portions that are changed in stages are manufactured, and after filling these tube containers with a facial mask, the ends of the body portions are sealed by heating and pressing in a conventional manner, thereby producing a sealed tube container. An accelerated test was carried out in which the material was stored in a constant temperature room at 50℃ for 35 days, and the surface gloss of the body was visually compared with the body of a low-density polyethylene single-layer tube container.The following table was obtained, and the outer layer thickness and inner layer thickness were This is because it was found that those with a ratio of 3 to 7:7 to 3 did not leak during the storage test period, and the surface gloss was equivalent to that of a single layer of low-density polyethylene.

[Table] Note that in the present invention, low-density polyethylene includes modified low-density polyethylene. Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 is a partially cutaway side view of the tube container of the present invention;
The figure is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1. First, in FIG. 1, 1 is a head including a spout 2, 3 is a head 1 welded to one end 4, an inner layer 6 made of high-density polyethylene, and an outer layer 7 made of low-density polyethylene. 5 is a bottom portion formed by heating and pressing the other end of the body 3 to close it. In this specific example, using a balisong extrusion molding machine,
A balisong made by simultaneously extruding two layers of hollow cylindrical bodies in a laminated state was cut to an appropriate length, and a head 1 was welded to one end of the cut hollow cylindrical body at the same time as the injection molding. The hollow cylindrical body may be formed by other means, such as rolling a laminated sheet into a ball, or the head and body may be joined by other means. Although heating and clamping are essential for forming the bottom, any appropriate heating means such as a gas flame or induction heating may be used. Next, in FIG. 2, reference numeral 11 indicates an inner layer portion pushed out toward the end of the body when one end portion of the body is heated and clamped with the clamping plate, and 12 and 12' are inner layer portions that are pushed out toward the end of the body when the clamping plate heats and clamps one end of the body. Outer layer protrusions 13 and 13' formed by being extruded in a direction opposite to the extrusion direction are mountain portions of the clamping and pressing portion 14 (Fig. 1) formed by being clamped and pressed in the concave portion of the clamping plate. , 15, 15' are valley portions formed by being clamped and pressed by the convex portions of the clamping plates. The thickness ratio of the inner and outer layers of the tube container having the bottom portion 5 of the above shape including the clamping portion 14 is approximately 6:
4, and the total thickness was about 0.46 mm, which is equal to the body thickness of a single-layer low-density polyethylene container. Twenty tube containers were filled with the same facial mask as described above, sealed, and stored in a constant temperature room at 50° C. to check for leakage. As a result, 33
Not a single one had leaked until days later. (Effects of the invention) The tube container of the invention has a body comprising an outer layer made of low density polyethylene and an inner layer made of high density polyethylene, and the ratio of the outer layer thickness to the inner layer thickness is 3 to 7:7 to 7. 3, so even if the total thickness of the inner and outer layers of the body is equal to the thickness of the body of a single-layer tube container, it can be filled with a facial mask and sealed and stored for a long time. It does not leak anything, has a surface gloss equivalent to that of a single layer of low-density polyethylene, and has the same printability and ease of extrusion as a single layer. play.
