【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は大型(大流量型)もしくは高圧の空気
圧で作動せしめるニユーマチツクツールに於てパ
イロツトバルブを用いて軽く操作できると共に回
転速度の制御をも行えるようになしニユーマチツ
クツールの安全操作の上からも有益なるバルブ装
置に関するものである。

ーマチツクツール例えば第1図に示す如くグライ
ンダーに於てはメインバルブにかかる空気圧が大
きく該メインバルブをバルブロツドにてレバー操
作することは大きな力が要するため片手では操作
が困難となることがある。これを解消するためメ
インバルブの開閉弁操作をするためのパイロツト
バルブを具備せしめ、このパイロツトバルブの操
作にてメインバルブを軽く開閉せしめるようにな
している。しかしこのパイロツトバルブ方式では
メインバルブを開もしくは閉のいずれかの操作と
なりメインバルブの開閉度の調整即ち回転速度の
制御は困難であつた。ニユーマチツクツールの急
激な高速回転は構造欲部品の早期摩耗や破損原因
にも関し、またグラインダー等の研削砥石の急激
な高速回転は研削砥石の破損の要因となり得る。

2が突設され、このハンドル部2に操作レバー3
がハンドル部を握る手指にて操作できるよう揺動
自在にしてピンPを介し枢着される。この操作レ
バー3に近接して安全棒4が設けられ、安全棒4
が操作されロツクが解除されない限り操作レバー
を操作できないように安全装置とすることもあ
る。この操作レバー3、安全棒4は従来の方式の
ものを採用するものであつてその詳細説明は省略
する。

シユ6の奥端部にはオリフイス8aを穿孔したバ
ルブ蓋8が固定され、このバルブ蓋8と該バルブ
ブツシユ内に摺動自在に嵌合されたバルブ9間に
スプリングSPを介在せしめ、常にバルブ9をバ
ルブブツシユ先端側を押圧せしめるようになす。
このバルブ9にはパイロツトバルブとなるボール
10へ空気を供給し、且ニユーマチツクツールを
低速にて回転させるだけの空気を送るようにして
その口径を定めた空気供給孔9aを穿孔される。
尚このバルブ、バルブ蓋、バルブブツシユにはO
リング等を附して気密を保持できるようになす。
またハンドル部2内にはバルブ蓋のオリフイス8
aとパイロツトバルブ10を内装したパイロツト
バルブ室11とを結ぶようにして空気通路12を
設ける。このパイロツトバルブ室内にはボールと
ボール押え用のスプリング13とを設け、該ボー
ル10をスプリング13の作用にて及びバルブ9
の空気供給孔9aより供給される空気圧の作用に
て弁座側に押圧し、穴6aがバルブ9によつて閉
塞されるため、空気の供給が停止せしめる。そし
てこのボールと対向してバルブロツド14を設け
るが、このバルブロツド14はブツシユ15にて
摺動自在にしてハンドル部に支持されおり、この
バルブロツドの先端がボールに他端が操作レバー
に夫々接触させるものである。

ルの開弁度が一定以上になるとバルブブツシユ内
の圧力が空気供給口Iより低くなつてこの圧力差
即ちバルブの両端面に作用する圧力差によつてバ
ルブは押し下げられ第4図の如くなつてメインバ
ルブ即ちバルブ9が開弁し設定された空気が空気
通路7よりモータ室へ供給されモータは設定され
た高速回転にて駆動されるものである。
