Description
本発明は新規な洗浄剤組成物、更に詳細には、
ビルダーとしてアクリル酸−メタクリル酸共重合
体を含むポリエステル−綿混紡繊維に対する再汚
染性の少ない液体洗浄剤組成物に関する。
従来から、リン酸塩、特にトリポリリン酸ナト
リウム、ピロリン酸ナトリウム等の縮合リン酸塩
は良好なビルダー効果を有するので種々の洗剤に
配合して用いられて来た。しかしながら、最近リ
ン化合物の豊栄養化の問題が提起されるようにな
り、これに代わるビルダーの研究がなされ、ポリ
アクリル酸又はその塩が提案された。
このポリアクリル酸及びその塩はビルダーとし
て有効で、液体洗剤及び重質粉末洗剤に配合して
使用できるものである。そこで、本発明者は、ポ
リアクリル酸及びその塩を洗剤ビルダーとして利
用することを検討していたところ、はからずも、
特定のアクリル酸−メタクリル酸の共重合体が優
れたビルダー作用を有すること、そしてこれは特
にポリエステル−綿混紡繊維に対する再汚染性が
アクリル酸のホモポリマーに比較して少ないこと
を見出し、本発明を完成した。
すなわち、本発明は、(a)界面活性剤0.5〜40重
量%、並びに(b)アクリル酸とメタクリル酸が95:
5〜50:50のモル比で共重合したアクリル酸−メ
タクリル酸共重合体又はその塩0.5〜20重量%を
含有することを特徴とする液体洗浄剤組成物を提
供するものである。
本発明でビルダーとして使用されるアクリル酸
−メタクリル酸共重合体のアクリル酸とメタクリ
ル酸のモル比は95:5〜50:50の範囲内であるこ
とが必要であり、就中90:10〜70:30が特に好ま
しい。また、当該共重合体の分子量は2000〜
100000、特に3000〜20000のものが好ましい。ア
クリル酸−メタクリル酸共重合体は酸の形で使用
することもできるが、一般にはアルカリ剤で中和
した塩の形で用いられる。中和に使用されるアル
カリ剤としては、例えば水酸化ナトリウム、水酸
化カリウム、アンモニア、モノー、ジーもしくは
トリーエタノールアミン等が好ましく、場合によ
り水酸化カルシウム、水酸化マグネシウム等を一
部用いてもよい。
本発明において、アクリル酸−メタクリル酸共
重合体又はその塩が配合される洗浄剤成分は一般
に用いられているものの何れでもよい。その中

ル(C8〜C22)エーテルサルフエート、ポリ(1
〜100)エチレングリコールアルキル(C8〜
C22)フエニルエーテルサルフエート、アルカン
(C8〜C22)スルホン酸塩、α−オレフイン(C8〜
C22)スルホン酸塩、C10〜C22の脂肪酸塩等が挙げ
られ、また非イオン活性剤としては、例えばポリ
(1〜100)エチレングリコールアルキル(C8〜
C22)エーテル、ポリ(1〜100)エチレングリコ
ールアルキル(C8〜C22)フエニルエーテル、C10
〜C22脂肪酸アルキロールアマイド、ポリエチレ
ン(1〜100)グリコール脂肪酸(C8〜C22)エス
テル等が挙げられる。その他に、必要により、長
鎖アルキルジメチルアミンオキサイド等のカチオ
ン活性剤あるいは両性活性剤を使用してもよい。
本発明液体洗浄剤組成物には他のビルダーを配
合することができ、これらビルダーとしては、例
えば炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、セスキ炭酸
ナトリウム等の炭酸塩;硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸カ
リウム、硫酸マグネシウム等の硫酸塩;塩化カリ
ウム、塩化ナトリウム等のハロゲン化物;硝酸ナ
トリウム等の硝酸塩;第一リン酸ナトリウム、第
二リン酸ナトリウム、第三リン酸ナトリウム等の
リン酸塩;ケイ酸ナトリウム等のケイ酸塩等の無
機ビルダー、あるいはポリエチレングリコール、
ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリプロピレングリコー
ル、カルボキシメチルセルロース、カルボキシメ
チルでんぷん、クエン酸塩等の有機ビルダーが挙
げられる。
また、本発明液体洗浄剤には、低級アルキル
(C1〜C4)ベンゼンスルホン酸塩、安息香酸塩、
尿素等の可溶化剤;メチルアルコール、エチルア
ルコール、プロピルアルコール、エチレングリコ
ール、プロピレングリコール、グリセリン等の
C1〜C4の1価又は多価アルコール等の溶剤;更
に染料、顔料、香料、殺菌剤、防腐剤等を配合す
ることもできる。
叙上の如くアクリル酸−メタクリル酸共重合体
を含有する本発明液体洗浄剤組成物の好ましい配
合組成は次のとおりである。尚本明細書におい
て、特にことわりのない場合には%は重量%で示
す。
アクリル酸−メタクリル酸共重合体 0.5〜20%
(好ましくは1〜10%)
界面活性剤 0.5〜40%
(好ましくは2〜20%)
無機ビルダー 0〜90%
有機ビルダー 0〜30%
溶 剤 0〜20%
可溶化剤 0〜10%
(好ましくは2〜10%)
その他の添加剤 0〜5%
上記組成物のうち、アクリル酸−メタクリル酸
共重合体(a)を1〜10%及びポリ(5〜20)オキシ
エチレンアルキル(C8〜C22)エーテル(b)を2〜
20%を含むもの、更には(a)1〜10%、(b)2〜20%
及び低級アルキル(C1〜C4)ベンゼンスルホン酸
塩(c)を2〜10%含むものが特に好ましい。
次に実施例を挙げて説明する。
実施例 1
(1) 次の組成の洗浄剤を調製した。
アクリル酸−メタクリル酸共重合体(モル比
及び分子量は第1表) 5%

(2) (1)で調製した洗浄剤について、ポリエステル
−綿混紡布に対する再汚染性を測定した。尚再
汚染性の測定は次のようにして行つた。
綿実油150g、コレステロール30g、セチル
アルコール6g、オレイン酸30g、パルミチン
酸20g、流動パラフイン10g、固形パラフイン
10g、カーボンブラツク7g、四塩化エチレン
15の超音波分散液に木綿40番ブロードの布を
浸漬し、汚染布をつくつた。この汚染布を10cm
×10cmに切断したもの5枚と10cm×10cmのポリ
エステル−綿混紡布5枚を、(1)の洗浄剤の0.25
%水道水溶液1に入れ、ターゴトメーターで
10分間洗浄した後、水道水の流水ですすぎ、乾
燥後アイロンがけした。斯くして得たポリエス
テル−綿混紡布について550mμの反射率を測
定し、次式に従つて再汚染率を求めた。
再汚染率(%)
=(原布反射率)−(処理布反射率)/(原布反射
率)×100
(3) 結 果
第1表のとおりであり、本発明品のものは再
汚染性が低い。
