The present invention relates to a deodorizing composition, and more particularly to a deodorizing composition that contains a specific pyrithione compound and a fragrance component having a specific vapor pressure, and is effective in suppressing sweat odor for a long time. In general, the odor of human sweat is composed of a mixture of urea, ammonia, lactic acid, etc. secreted from eccrine glands, and lower fatty acids, etc., which are obtained by decomposing triglycerides separated from sebaceous glands by bacteria. Conventionally,
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As a method of suppressing sweat odor, disinfectants, astringents, neutralizing agents, adsorbents, and the like are added to hair cosmetics, skin cosmetics, cosmetic soaps, and the like.
Among these additives, 2-pyridinethiol-N
- Oxide (pyrithione) compounds are widely used in hair cosmetics due to their excellent anti-dandruff effect, but their sweat odor suppressing effects are still insufficient, and even better deodorizing performance is desired. As a result of intensive research in view of the above circumstances, the present invention has surprisingly made sweat odor odorless or almost odorless by using the above-mentioned pyrithione compound in combination with a fragrance ingredient having a specific vapor pressure. We have succeeded in suppressing this, leading to the present invention. Generally, there is a known method of masking sweat odor by adding fragrance to hair cosmetics, etc., but in this case, it tends to mix with sweat odor and create a rather strong unpleasant odor, but the deodorizing method of the present invention The sexual composition has the superior effect of eliminating its unpleasant odor. That is, the present invention provides a deodorizing composition containing the following components [A] and [B] as active ingredients. These [A] and [B] components are incorporated in the following amounts into final compositions such as hair cosmetics, skin cosmetics, detergent compositions, fabric softener compositions, and cosmetic soaps. [A]: 0.01 to 10% by weight of a pyrithione compound represented by the following chemical formula [] or []. (In the formula, M represents Na, Mg or Zn, and n is a number corresponding to the valence of metal M) [B]: 0.01 to 10% by weight of a fragrance component having a vapor pressure (25°C) of 10 -2 to 10 -4 mmHg. The essential component [A] of the present invention has the above chemical formula []
Or it is a pyrithione compound represented by [ ]. Specific examples of the pyrithione compound represented by formula [] include zinc pyrithione, magnesium pyrithione, and sodium pyrithione. The pyrithione compound [2,2'-dithio-bis-(pyridine-N-oxide)] represented by the formula [] can exist in the form of a complex salt with an inorganic salt in the deodorizing composition. Examples of such inorganic salts include magnesium sulfate. In addition, the above-mentioned compounds and salts thereof may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The appropriate amount of component [A] of the present invention is 0.1 to 10% by weight of the entire deodorizing composition. A more preferred range is 0.1 to 5% by weight. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the deodorizing effect will be insufficient, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the stability of the fragrance over time will be compromised. Next, as the second component [B], the vapor pressure is
Flavor ingredients in the range of 10 -2 to 10 -4 mmHg (25°C) are used. The vapor pressure referred to in the present invention is Ramsay
-Use the values measured by Young's apparatus. Even if a fragrance component having a vapor pressure of more than 10 -2 mmHg or less than 10 -4 mmHg is used in place of component [B] of the present invention, the deodorizing effect of the present invention is not sufficient. Specific examples of perfume ingredients having a vapor pressure of 10 -2 to 10 -4 mmHg used in the present invention include, but are not limited to, the following. Phenylethyldimethylcarbinol, cis-
3-hexenyl benzoate, n-hexyl salicylate, cis-3-hexenyl salicylate,
Benzyl salicylate, cinnamic alcohol, benzophenone, methyl anthranilate,
Vanillin, ethylvanillin, heliotropine, cyclamenaldehyde, p-acetanizole, hydroxycitronellal, α-amylcinnamic aldehyde, benzene benzoate, etc. The reason why a deodorizing effect is exhibited when only a fragrance component having a vapor pressure within a specific range coexists with a pyrithione compound is still under detailed investigation. Furthermore, among these perfume ingredients having a vapor pressure of 10 -2 to 10 -4 mmHg, those having particularly excellent deodorizing effects are perfume ingredients having a hydroxyl group. Such perfume ingredients include, but are not limited to, the following: Phenylethyldimethylcarbinol, cis-
3-hexenyl salicylate, n-hexyl salicylate, benzyl salicylate, cinnamic alcohol, iso-amyl salicylate, vanillin, hydroxycitronellal, etc. The appropriate amount of component [B] listed above is 0.01 to 10% by weight of the entire deodorizing composition. A more preferred range is 0.1 to 5% by weight. If it is less than 0.01% by weight, no deodorizing effect will be obtained, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, stability over time will be impaired. The component [B] described above may be used in combination as long as it falls within the quantitative range of the present invention. The remaining components of the deodorizing composition of the present invention can be freely selected according to the intended use of the product. Examples of such products include hair cosmetics such as shampoos, conditioners, and hair styling products, skin cosmetics such as skin creams and lotions, synthetic detergents for clothing, fabric softeners, and cosmetic soaps. By the way,
Detergent active bases for preparing deodorizing shampoo compositions are anionic surfactants and/or amphoteric surfactants. Examples of anionic surfactants include alkali metal salts or alkanolamine salts of lauric acid; natural lauryl alcohol 3 mole ethoxy sulfate; oxo method synthesized C 11 - C 15 aliphatic alcohol 3 mole ethoxy sulfate; oxo method synthesized C 12 - C 13 Aliphatic alcohol 1 mole ethoxy sulfate; C 12 - C 13 aliphatic alcohol sulfate; alkali metal salt, alkaline earth metal salt or alkanolamine salt of each of the above sulfuric esters; wax cracking method, polymerization method using Ziegler catalyst, or obtained by these improved methods
C 12 - C 14 alpha olefin, C 12 - C 16 vinylidene olefin, and C 12 - C 16 inner olefin are each sulfonated with sulfur trioxide etc., and then hydrolyzed to form anionic activators, respectively alkali metal salts and alkali Earth metal salts or alkanolamine salts; alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts or alkanolamine salts of C12 to C14 acylamide polyglycol ether (3 to 8 mol) sulfuric ester; and the like. In addition, as an amphoteric surfactant, lauryl β-
Iminodipropionate; 1-lauryl-2-hydroxy-2-hydroxyethyl-2-carboxymethyl-ethylenecycloimide; N-lauroyl-N'-carboxymethyl-N'-2-hydroxyethylethylenediamine; N-lauroyl- N
-(2-hydroxyethyl)-N'-carboxymethylethylenediamine; N-lauroyl-N-
(2-hydroxyethyl)-N'-N'-bis(carboxyethyl)ethylenediamine and the like. From the viewpoint of cleaning performance, it is desirable to use these surfactants in an amount of 3 to 40% by weight (preferably 5 to 30% by weight) of the entire deodorizing shampoo composition. In addition to the above-mentioned components, commonly used optional components such as nonionic surfactants such as lauroyl diethanolamide, performance improvers such as cationized cellulose, thickeners, emulsifiers, solubilizers, solvents, bactericidal agents, Colorants can be added freely. In addition, as bases for preparing hair rinses and hair conditioners, the following chemical formulas [] and []

is an atomic group represented by, where X is a halogen atom or an alkyl sulfate group having 1 to 2 carbon atoms. ] The quaternary ammonium salt represented by the above chemical formula [ ] is a long-chain monoalkyl quaternary ammonium salt or a long-chain dialkyl quaternary ammonium salt. The number of carbon atoms in this long chain alkyl group is 10
-24, preferably 12-22. When the number of carbon atoms is in the above range, it has an appropriate hydrophobicity and thus has an affinity for the hair, and also has an appropriate water-retention property, so that it exhibits the effect of imparting flexibility and suppleness to the hair. Further, when X constituting the anion of such a quaternary ammonium salt is a halogen atom or a C1-2 alkyl sulfate group, it has appropriate hydrophobicity and water retention. In the formula, R 8 is an alkyl group having 10 to 22 carbon atoms. R 9 is an alkyl group having 2 to 22 carbon atoms. Specific examples of the cationic surfactant represented by the compound formula [] include N〓-cocoyl-L-arginine ethyl ester/DL-pyrrolidone carboxylate, N〓-stearoyl-L-arginine methyl ester/DL-pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid. Examples include salt. These cationic surfactants are contained in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 2% by weight, based on the total amount of the composition, such as a deodorizing hair rinse. 0.1
If the amount is less than 10% by weight, the effect of the present invention cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the stickiness after use increases. These cationic surfactants can be used alone or in combination. Furthermore, commonly used optional components are added. For example, hydrocarbons such as petrolatum and olefin oligomers; isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, stearyl stearate, octyldodecyl myristate, octyldodecyl oleate and 2-
Esters such as ethylhexanoic acid triglyceride; emulsifiers such as glyceryl monostearate, sorbitan monopalmitate, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate; methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and cationized cellulose Cellulose derivatives; thickeners such as natural polymers; humectants such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin, and sorbitol; and other small amounts of solvents, disinfectants, fragrances, and the like. Similar to the above-mentioned deodorizing shampoo composition and deodorizing hair conditioner (or hair conditioner) composition, other deodorizing hair cosmetics, deodorizing skin cosmetics, deodorizing clothing cleaners, and deodorizing fabrics can also be used. Various deodorizing compositions such as fabric softeners and deodorizing soaps can be prepared. That is, the effect of the present invention is basically achieved by using component [A] 0.01 to 10% by weight and component [B] 0.01 to 10% by weight.
% by weight in various deodorizing compositions. The bases and optional ingredients of these skin cosmetics, detergents, softeners, etc. are well known and will therefore be omitted. In addition, deodorizing clothing detergents and deodorizing fabric softeners have the effect of eliminating sweat odor that permeates clothing during washing (or during softening treatment), and also remove the [A] and [B] components remaining in clothing. This has the effect of reducing sweat odor when worn. The deodorizing composition of the present invention described above has the effect of suppressing human sweat odor to odorless or almost odorless. Such compositions are unprecedented and fully meet consumer expectations. Examples and comparative examples of the present invention are shown below. Examples 1 to 10 (shampoo composition) Sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl sulfate:
15.0%, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide: 3.5
%, sodium benzoate: 0.5%, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate: 0.2%, water: remainder, and test samples containing predetermined amounts of various [A] and [B] components were prepared. The head hair of a panel of 40 people aged 15 to 30 (20 men + 20 women) was divided into two parts along the center line, one part was washed with a standard sample and the other part with a test sample, and after 24 hours, the hair was divided into 5 parts according to the criteria below. Evaluation was made by a human judge. Note that the score is the average value of five judges. The results are shown in Table 1. Judgment method ◎: Remarkably effective compared to comparative samples, and sweat odor is completely suppressed. ○: The effect was recognized compared to the comparative sample, and only a slight sweat odor was felt. Δ: Slightly more effective than the comparative sample, with a slight sweat odor. ×: No effect was observed compared to the comparative sample, and a strong sweat odor was felt.

%, soap base: A standard sample consisting of the remainder and methyl anthranilate: 1.0% was added to the standard sample to prepare the cosmetic soap of the present invention. The same panel as in the shampoo composition example was divided into half, and for one panel of 20 people, the right armpit was washed with the standard sample and the left armpit was washed with the sample of the present invention. For the other panel of 20 people, the right and left armpits were washed in the same way, with the left and right sides reversed. twenty four
After a period of time, the armpits were wiped with a clean cotton cloth, and the odor of the cotton cloth was evaluated by five judges. As a result, when the cosmetic soap of the present invention was applied, the odor of sweat was only faint compared to the strong odor of sweat when using the standard sample, and the deodorizing effect was superior. Example 20 (Clothing detergent composition) LAS-Na: 10.0%, alkyl sulfate:
10.0%, Sodium silicate: 10.0%, Soda carbonate: 10
%, Zeolite: 15%, Zinc Pyrithione: 1.0
%, a detergent standard sample consisting of the remainder of Glauber's salt, and a detergent sample of the present invention containing 1% of heliotropin were prepared. Cotton underwear was cut in half along the center line, one half was washed with a detergent standard sample, and the other half was washed with a detergent sample of the present invention. Sew the left and right cotton underwear together again. After 24 hours, the underwear was worn on the same panel as in the Shampoo Composition Examples, and evaluated by five judges by directly sniffing the left and right sides of the underwear. As a result, the detergent sample of the present invention had a slight sweat odor compared to the strong odor of the standard sample treated product, indicating a good deodorizing effect. Example 21 (fabric softener) Distearyldimethylammonium chloride:
A fabric softener standard sample consisting of 4.0%, polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether: 1.0%, ethylene glycol: 2.0%, zinc pyrithione: 1.0% and water: remainder, and this containing n-hexyl salicylate: 1%. A fabric softener sample of the present invention was prepared. A piece of cotton underwear was cut in half along the center line, one half was softened with a standard sample (conventional method), and the other half was softened with a sample of the present invention. Sew the left and right cotton underwear together again. After 24 hours, the underwear was worn on the same panel as in the Shampoo Composition Examples, and the left and right sides of the underwear were directly sniffed, and the evaluation was based on the average score of five judges. As a result, the fabric softener sample of the present invention had a slight sweat odor compared to the strong odor of the standard sample treated product, indicating a good deodorizing effect.
